Apartment holiday rentals in Ribeira, Porto

Maria was the perfect host she had great communication before our arrival. She met us at her place and made us very welcome with a flexible check in. She gave us lots of information on the local area and was always available for any questions or queries. Maria’s place is lovely and whilst located on a central street no noise can be heard from the apartment. We had everything we needed during our stay and Maria set a very high bar as a host. The area has plenty of bars and restaurants and is a short walk from the main square.

José was so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. His place was gorgeous and a perfect fit for our family to stay in for our vacation. It had everything we needed and felt spacious and comfortable. He was a great host, and has a great place!

여행 다니면서 간 숙소 중에 최고였습니다! 일단 제일 중요하게 생각하는게 청결과 관광지로부터 거리인데 둘 다 최고였습니다. 일단 그 어디서도 악취가 나지 않고 호텔보다 깔끔한 침구류와 필요한게 모두 있는 주방, 머리카락 한올 없고 악취 없는 화장실, 모닝 커피를 즐길 수 있는 발코니까지 뭐 하나 빠지는게 없었으며 상 벤투역과 알마스 성당까지 걸어서 10분 정도였으며 어딜가도 편리한 위치에 있어 환상적인 숙소입니다😍 너무나도 친절하신 호스트분들 연락도 빠르게 잘되고 주변 구경거리도 추천해주시고 호스트 분들 덕에 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다☺️ 언젠가 다시 포르투를 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 한번 예약하고 싶습니다❤️💕

It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but we got used to it. The apartment is bright , very clean and comfortable. New appliances , English language news channels on the tv and It’s very quiet given the lively neighborhood. There is some renovation going on across the way so the view isn’t quite as nice as the photos just now but it’s a pleasure to sit by the big windows in the leather chairs drinking a glass of wine after a day on the town. It was good to have real keys as during the blackout lots of folks were locked out of their flats around us because all Entry was electric!

I have been to a lot of Airbnb's so far, but Isabel's place was by far the best. Not only was the place clean, well-equipped, and quiet, Isabel was an incredibly helpful and lovely host. Her replies are very fast and friendly, so we instantly felt welcomed to Porto. Please don't hesitate to stay in her place, as it will be the highlight of your trip for sure.

Beautiful views. Great location. Minimalist IKEA furniture. Wonderful to sit on the deck and watch the boats go by. Great A/C.

The location is perfect! You can walk out to Riberia district and see the famous bridge and town of Gaia withing 2 mins. We walked everywhere to all the tourist places. You will find, food, souvenirs, grocery stoe, beer & wine, bakery, people watching, etc on the same street as the house. This was a great thing for us. We visited in first week of June 2025. the weather was pleasant outside but in the house, if the windows were closed it was hot. Fans are provided and does help over night. It is a busy street with construction and normal traffic. You will hear all the nightly noises if the window is open. If you are a light sleeper or need a cold space than this house is not for you.

Rodrigo's apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! I visited Porto for a business trip with my husband and one of my consultants. The apartment was large, beautiful, light filled, and had lots of space for us to spread out comfortably. We each had our own bathroom, the bedrooms were nicely sized, the AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, and everything was super clean! The apartment is in the Gaia neighborhood, which is quiet, peaceful and residential with walkable cafes and services. When we wanted to visit downtown Porto we would drive in or Uber - it is approximately a 10 minute ride. We had a rental car to drive to meetings daily and parking near the apartment was free and easy to find. Rodrigo allowed us to check in early and was prompt, kind and always helpful. The building and apartment are keyless entry and the whole process around the stay was seamless. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

What a great place! The location was perfect, close to restaurants, stores and the coast. Yet, it was a little difficult to get to the apartment, especially with luggage. Our Uber dropped us off on the main road and you have to walk up stairs and a small hill for 5 minutes. If you require assistance walking this will be difficult, but if you’re fit this is very manageable. The view of the Clérigos Tower from the living room is amazing which is perfect to gaze out with a morning espresso or a glass of wine. I highly recommend and thank you for a wonderful time.

Super séjour chez Boris, l’appartement est bien localisé dans un quartier calme, pratique pour aller en centre ville de porto et à la fois sur les quais de villa Gaia ! Appartement bien agencé, et agréable, pièce à vivre très sympa, avec une chouette terrasse ! Boris a été très gentil par message et nous a donné des infos claires et bien détaillés concernant l’arrivée et le fonctionnement du logement ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Hailey. Sie war sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Mit Baby war die Wohnung ideal! Hailey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Appartamento situato a Matosinhos, scelto perché non lontano dalla fiera internazionale a cui ho partecipato per lavoro. Ho avuto modo l'ultimo giorno di spostarmi in centro a Porto per visitare la città non essendo molto distante. Tutto perfetto, molto pulito e host super gentile e cordiale. Consiglio!

The establishment is truly remarkable. The high ceilings, quality furnishings, exquisite decor, and prompt service from the staff contribute to an exceptional Airbnb experience. Additionally, the partial view of the Douro River and the cityscape is quite pleasing. One suggestion for improvement would be to replace the shower faucet, as it is quite difficult to operate; transitioning from the hand shower spray to the overhead spray proved nearly impossible. Furthermore, adjusting the position of the hand shower spray was challenging, requiring me to bend uncomfortably while showering. It is also advisable to clean the grout between the shower tiles, as it exhibits dark marks that may indicate mold growth. Aside from these concerns, this has been one of the finest Airbnb accommodations I have ever experienced, and I highly recommend it.

This Airbnb is in a good location for accessing all that Porto has to offer, on foot. It was nice to have two floors and not be in an apartment as most other airbnbs seem to be. It was very clean and well considered with touches such as an iron, hairdryer, kettle etc. The Airbnb was quiet from external noises such as the street etc and very peaceful in this respect. I do however have to say that the above apartment can be heard quite loudly moving about which did disrupt our sleep as it was usually later at night but they were just moving about, couldn’t hear music or tv late and noise from footsteps would stop around 1130/midnight. Overall I would stay again as it was a lovely airbnb. Nice for relaxing, always warm showers, two toilets, tv and sofa if needed. All good. Thank you.

Ludo and Park were truly exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond by sharing fantastic local recommendations and insider tips, which really enriched our trip. The space itself was spotless, bright, and wonderfully spacious. Having our own private pool was an absolute treat, especially during the hot weather. The location couldn’t be better: everything is within walking distance, and public transport is a breeze to use. I honestly have no complaints; it was a perfect experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be booking again when I return to Porto. Thank you so much, Park and Ludo! ❤️

Lovely apartment about 20mins outside Porto centre. Comfortable beds and great outdoor space. Pool was a godsend. Communications by the owner were great and very helpful. Used Ubers to get in and out of Porto easily and wasn’t expensive.

A beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday! Natacha’s place is spotlessly clean, lots of space and so many little extras it really felt like a home from home. The views of the sea and the sunset from the balcony were amazing! The pool was huge and clean and the surrounding area peaceful but close enough to Porto and Gaia by bike or a quick Uber ride. There is a boardwalk and cycle path just across the road that goes all the way down the beach to Porto. There is a supermarket nearby and some lovely beach bars and restaurants along the front. Natacha was a perfect host - friendly and very responsive and helpful with lots of ideas and suggestions for our stay. Our teenage girls loved the surf lessons that Natacha suggested and we had lots to do and lots of sights to see. Thank you Natacha for the perfect stay. We recommend 100% and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, massive unit with tonnes of amazing natural light and ocean views. Very comfortable bed and living areas which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Big kitchen with everything you could need for a meal any size. Ample parking for your vehicle right outside the entrance door. While Gaia and this location in particular is not “Porto” we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were visiting. The drive from here to the porto old town and city centre can be done in under 15 minutes snd it’s very easy to come and go. This location feels so much less stressful than the busy, tough to navigate streets of Porto. Tonnes of restaurants and a grocery story within a walk or drive, great ocean walk right out front of the door.

Amazing apartment with a lovely sense of space and air. Lovely little swimming pool too. There was a little noise from some construction next door but the host was helpful around that.

João was a very kind and gracious host. He was always willing to help and was patient enough to take time out of his Friday evening to tend to us when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Clean home, with a 2 minute walk to the beach! The shared pool is great and a good size, fab on the warm days! Quiet and peaceful area but limited parking in front of the apartments, especially with a van. Had a great stay and thank you to Manuela for checking us in and showing us around the apartment, her recommendations for places to eat and visit were great!
