Enjoyed our stay at Kate's place for a second visit. Has all the amenities we needed and we can feel very relaxed there. Kate was very helpful with our booking. She dealt very promptly with one minor maintenance issue. She's a thoughtful host and there were fresh flowers, milk and biscuits to welcome us. We enjoyed chatting to Kate. We loved staying at Emma’s in Holmfirth! Location was a ten min walk away from bars restaurants/ pubs / general high street. There were plenty of walks to do which were a 5-10 drive away. The flag was really well equipped with all essentials you’d need. & as a bonus we met the dogs who lived in the house opposite who were very friendly and cute. Would definitely return! Rosie’s place was **absolutely perfect** in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The space was **spotlessly clean**, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need – from fresh linens and towels to a fully equipped kitchen and super comfy beds. Rosie herself was an **exceptional host**: friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She gave us great local tips (like her favorite coffee shop downtown!), and was always quick to answer questions. The little touches – like coffee, snacks, and a handwritten welcome note – truly made us smile. The location was **ideal*– quiet, safe, and just a short drive to Peak District . We loved coming back to such a peaceful space after exploring Peak District. **Everything was exactly as described** (or better!) in the listing, and check-in/checkout was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

We love to stay here when we come up to Formby. Feels so comfortable, well situated. The extra touches are very welcome. After our long journey, there are always nice things in the fridge for us to eat and drink on our arrival. John is there if you need any help, but it’s very much your private apartment while you are there. We now regard it as our ‘home’ in Formby.

This was my second stay, perfect for a visit to nearby family. The apartment is equipped and very clean and tidy. Quiet location suited me well although it’s only a short walk to Sale with plenty of shops an and restaurants. I will be booking again I’m sure.

The Airbnb was absolutely lovely - clean, cosy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Laura and Stewart were fantastic hosts - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They replied to all of my questions and messages very quickly, which made everything feel so easy and stress-free. The location was ideal, especially if you're planning on doing the Otley Run. It was only about a 25-minute drive away, and the Uber cost was very reasonable, just under £20, which made getting there really convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d happily stay again!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location, we spent a long weekend here celebrating my partners 30th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Andrew and Phillipa were perfect hosts and even left us a lemon drizzle cake on arrival which was a lovely touch. The view is incredible with such peaceful surroundings, allowing us to fully rest and recharge. We hope to visit again sometime

John was the perfect host, readily available and very helpful. The house was lovely, but what was also unique was all the small added touches John arranged for our arrival like fresh produce in the fridge, full bowl of fruit, large assortment of chocolate, nuts and other items, even new toothbrushes if you needed them along with many other things that you don’t normally expect. House is in a great position, very close to the town centre. Would thoroughly recommend.

Helen was an excellent host. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Harrogate. The house was spotless and very well equipped. 100% will stay again.

Callow Barn. What a beautiful place in beautiful surrounding. Loads to see and do. Great walks. Great pubs. And a fantastic lido, but advisable to book a couple of days before you go to avoid disappointment

We had a fantastic stay, gorgeous bedrooms and comfy beds. Enough bathrooms/ toilets for 8 of us. Lots of seating areas and the pool table room was brilliant. Short 10 min walk to lively pubs and places to eat. Spaces to park cars and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back

The venue is stunning, the photos do not do it justice! Everyone has everything the need in each room with their own en suite and the grandness of the building is something else! You have so much space, the large garden area wraps around back and side and is beautiful with stunning views! Everything you could need in the kitchen and welcome bottle very kindly provided by our hosts! Plenty of entertainment and eating areas! When leaving one of our cars broke down and they were very understanding and accommodating! Perfect location, made our stay extra special!

On arrival met both Naomi and Neil, Wow to the welcome, Wow to the accommodation, Wow to the views and location, Advice on how to get into Edale off the road. Sorted the electric charging, Wow we had sheep and lambs on the doorstep, Wow we had chickens running around, fresh eggs as well. Bed was so comfortable, bedroom no light pollution or noise, windows left open. Highly recommended, we will be back on many occasions.

Carol was super accommodating for our needs as some employees needed somewhere to stay fairly last minute for a work trip. She was super responsive and attentive and the staff loved their stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great location quiet, easy to get to. We stopped just 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it had all you would need. Plenty big enough for 2 people with really comfy bed and large bathroom with walk in shower . Would definitely stay there again

Warren has been absolutely fantastic! Never come across a host like it on air bnb! So responsive gave amazing restaurant recommendations and was just great, I struggled where to park he quickly responded and gave clear directions, even left us a couple of beers in the fridge for us! Thank you so so much!! Room was as shown lovely little terrace and what an amazing place he made the flat! Easy place to get around to restaurant and bars and could book a taxi right outside to the rest of Manchester, parking over the road and completely clean and tidy! Thank you so much for letting us stay! Would highly recommend and what a fab host! Thank you for being so helpful and informative!

We’ve just had a beautiful stay after a family day at flamingoland. The annexe is spotless, well decorated and very spacious. The photos don’t do it justice. Felt at home straight away, and I was able to get a pizza delivered for the kids. The girls really loved the piano, garden, games, and bunk bed. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Great spot in Liverpool city centre. Walkable to everything. Great to have two bathrooms and plenty of beds for lads for a stag. Loads of space in the apartment. Great friendly host easy to communicate with and was great to give some flexibility on checking in and out. Would highly recommend!
