Apartment by the sea

CarloRating, 5 stars10 months ago
My family and I had a great time in Gabriella's apartment, an extremely good person, who was very helpful in recommending some references in the area and suggesting what to visit. The apartment is equipped with everything you need even for a long stay. I really appreciated the presence of mosquito nets applied to every opening (window) in the apartment. The proximity of the accommodation to the sea is one of its strengths. In short, I consider it a great experience to repeat in the near future.

Villa Petruso - stunning Ionian coast view

PietroRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Ample space, strategic location, minimalist yet tasteful finishes and furnishings, and impeccable cleanliness. As well as the relationship with the host. We spent a fantastic week of tranquility, beautiful landscapes and excellent food. We'll be back and highly recommend it. Thanks to Luigi and family

Work e Vacation in the Badolato Medieval Village

DeniseRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

Everything was perfect during the stay at Paolo's. Very helpful, helpful with all his suggestions on restaurants and beaches and the house is really in a great location to visit the Ionian coast from Soverato to Siderno.

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

"Terrazza Blu": apartment in a villa in Caminia

JeffRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!

A terrace on the Jonian sea

SusanneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Badolato is very enchanting and Enzo's house was very personal, tasteful and cozy. We didn't always have sunny weather, but the terrace with its magnificent view was our favorite place. It was a bit difficult to find the place, as Badolato is very winding and the GPS reaches its limits. We should have asked Pina and Mimmo for help at the restaurant in the big square, then we could have saved ourselves the search. But Badolato is a very special place - I don't understand how people have managed to bring it back to life. There is construction and restoration work going on in many places. It is authentic and has not been defaced anywhere. Shopping and eating in the village directly - are tied to the usual times. Shopping outside the series is possible on the coast. We found our small rental car very helpful - a large car is not useful for many reasons - but especially because of the alleys. We hope to see you again.
