Really fantastic location. It is right next to center of the city and has all the shopping centers and good restaurants 5 min walk away. The apartment itself was spacious and had a balcony with chairs and stuff. They put instant noodles, snacks, and stuff as an add-on when I checked in which I appreciated a lot. The care taker lives nearby so there was no issue with communication or finding the place.

The place was very well maintained and the care takers were really amazing and they helped us with our every small and big request. Vivi was very responsive and helped us find the place. I was a little sceptical because I have been to a few places in Assam and surrounding areas, that were not maintained at all, but this was indeed a home away from home :)

One of the best airbnb stayed so far . Peaceful environment. Free from hustle bustle of the town yet easily accessible to all major destinations. 3 nights stay felt like home . The host and the caretaker were amazing people . Only slight dissatisfaction was the RO water purifier. It wasn’t functioning well . The host would have definitely cater to it but we were okay with our bottled mineral water . Rest is all good . Would surely recommend. If anyone looking for this place please go with a free Mind you would definitely love it .

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs previously but this was a really different level of hospitality experience honestly. I’ll say don’t do for the place, go for the people. They are so sweet and caring always wanting to help us and are genuinely concerned about how our day was and helping us plan the next few days for us. They even suggested us good food places since we were veg and even went out of the way to take us to a few places which we couldn’t have gone ourselves :) I’ll recommend everyone to stay here if they’re visiting Shillong, its 10mins drive from police bazaar and the local bazaar is hardly 5mins walking so you actually get all the essentials very easily On top of that they had also given us a few snacks to have when we checked in Wi-Fi works fantastic, I’m a working professional - and this was a must have for me since i was working from here for 7 days. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had and I’ll suggest anyone to book the place and stay here if in Shillong

A gud deal at a reasonable price. Host was always responsive. Flexible check in and check out. Great location and walkable distance within 1.2km to wards lake and police bazaar. Room need better sound proofing. Overall a great stay.

The room felt like home. It had all the things that I would need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking, bathroom had all the amenities with extra towel and bathrobe. The property surroundings were clean and I had direct access to roof for drying my clothes. The host even had placed various spices, which i really appreciate. Overall I had a great stay. I would surely consider it again, whenever I visit Guwahati.

I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs, but this one was truly one of the best! Dilip was an amazing host—super responsive and always ready to help. He ensured that everything was in perfect working order, and I had no issues at all. The place itself was fantastic—quiet, spacious, and perfect for hosting friends or family. It’s also an excellent choice for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The T.V., sound system, and especially the Jacuzzi made the stay absolutely worth it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Huge thanks to the host! Loved it! ;-)

Overall stay was great. Just few points so overall experience is enhanced for future guests. The water pressure in kitchen and bathroom was very low. A simple pressure pump with the help of a plumber should easily solve the issue. Also please provide a gas burner with pipe or cylinder gas connection. There was no dedicated parking for guests available though the listing mentioned parking.
