Cottage holiday rentals in Rhoscolyn

Spent a wonderful couple of nights in a pristine cottage, surrounded by nature but also very close to everything N. Wales has to offer. Lliwen was an excellent host, proactive and responsive, and felt immediately welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Had a lovely weekend break at Rosie’s property, the location was excellent just off the Rhyd Ddu path and in a lovely quaint quiet area. The cottage had everything you could ask for and was very clean and tidy, the hot tub being a lovely little touch. Had a really great experience from start to finish, Rosie was very helpful and the instructions provided were excellent. Would recommend to anyone contemplating!

We loved our stay with Nick and Charlotte. They were very helpful and made us feel very at home in beautiful surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub after a long walk in the mountains!

From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb truly exceeded all expectations. The views are nothing short of stunning, the setting was pure magic. The house itself had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy, comfortable furnishings that made it feel like home instantly. Our host was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Quick to respond, full of great local tips, and genuinely welcoming (and it made all the difference). If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and a seamless getaway, this place is a gem. We can’t wait to return!

What a wonderful stay! Thank you for having us. We had a brilliant time exploring North Wales from Wendy’s cottage. And the hot tub was very welcome after a day of canyoning and walking.

Stayed a week at Ffion’s place and had a great stay. Cottage is really lovely and a home away from home, hot tub was great for relaxing after long walks! Felt very private, was very quiet and perfect place to relax. Location was really good, close to Conwy and Betws y Coed.

A wonderful place to stay that truly exceeded expectations. The photos do not do this place justice. You will not be disappointed. This was a perfect last minute getaway which felt like a home from home. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub with separate outdoor room was perfect for drying off. We have just had a lovely long weekend at The Stable, the weather wasn't the best when we first got there but that didn't dampen our impression of the place. We loved it! It's so cute and comfortable we felt straight at home. Even our dog Wilson had a good time and the doggy gift bag was such a nice surprise. Sue and Steve are the perfect hosts, very friendly, helpful and there if you need them. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

A fantastic cottage for an old group of friends to reminisce and explore Snowdonia. Everyone really enjoyed the stay, spending most of the down time in the huge kitchen. Lovely house for a group - everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean and everything had been thought about which is really appreciated. Angharad was great throughout - flexible, helpful and really responsive. Definitely recommend and huge thanks :-)

From start to finish Gemma was great with her communication, told us great places to visit, easy to follow directions. The cottage was really cozy, with an amazing sun trap garden, that was full of tropical trees and plants. This was a great base for getting to Newborough Forest/beach, and then relaxing in the evening sun. We really enjoyed it.

We stayed here for a belated anniversary getaway and absolutely loved it! The cottage was exactly as described. It felt like a home away from home and the views were stunning. We wanted a break from the city and we got it! It was so peaceful. We loved having the log burner so we could get nice and cosy in the evenings playing board games. The cottage is close to lots of amazing walks, and not too far to drive to others. Belinda is a fantastic host. Before we arrived she sent loads of walk recommendations and clear instructions on how to find the place. There’s a handy booklet in the living room and lots of leaflets on things to do. We stopped to have a chat with Belinda and she’s so lovely. It’s obvious how much care is put into the place. Whilst we were sad to be leaving, we’re so glad we chose to stay here and we’ll definitely come back again. Thank you Belinda!

This is our third stay at the cottage and it never fails to delight us. It’s located in the perfect spot, a quiet area, but great access to various places on the island. There is a dog proof private field adjoining the property for our whippet to have a run around when she is in the mood. Also, the garden is dog proof too. Lovely views of the bay and some incredible sunsets. Pippa has put in bird feeders so if you are an avid bird watcher you won’t be disappointed. The cottage is well equipped, warm and cosy making you feel at home the minute you arrive. There is also a grassy area opposite the cottage where you can park your car if it’s too big to park in the drive. Although, make sure you don’t block the entrance to the field. Thank you Pippa for all the goodies you provided us when we arrived and for the great communication prior to our stay. We cannot wait to come back next year and explore further.

We are just home from a lovely week. The cottage was perfect for the 2 of us and our Cockapoo Billy! Just as described and has the most amazing shower (as you’ll see from other reviews, many agree!) Cottage is 5 mins from the bridge onto Anglesey so close to so many places, and roads in Wales seem so good! Just wish we had found the time to walk from the cottage to Plas Newydd. Would definitely recommend and Nina was a great host. Thank you for a lovely stay

Debra our host was really easy to reach. We messaged her and she answered straight away. The cottage has a great feel. Seaside Chique. Time and detail have been put into the furnishings and appliances. We didn't need to bring anything with us. The cottage was spotless and remained cosy. All of the tv. Channels were there. Netflix, Prime ..... The blue tooth speaker was a lovely thought and we enjoyed our tunes whilst getting ready to explore Anglesey. We visited Beaumaris, Bangor and llandudno. Effortless trips and we could've reached them by bus too. The Ceames Bay Beach is so pretty, I swam in the sea and took my dog out to the beach twice a day. The Stag Pub was a lot of fun. The Harbour Hotel has a fab menu although we didn't eat there. The atmosphere in the Harbour hotel was so friendly and quite a few people joined us at our table. This Holiday suited all of our needs. Absolutely stunning place! I booked it for the view, but the entire surrounds of the place are beautiful! Feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, with just rolling hills. Was hard to find with the instructions given, but Emily was on the phone to give me a hand. The barn itself is gorgeous, the big window is amazing. I had the double doors open most of the time. I loved the solitude, and can't wait to come back 😊

Down in a secluded valley, where your neighbours include ancient trees, a babbling brook and a hooting owl, there is a barn. This barn has been designed with the utmost care and attention drawing on natural and reclaimed materials. Light floods the space during the day and provides a comfortable, warm refuge from which you can watch the brooding clouds as they threaten you from up above the surrounding hills. At night you are plunged into a deep, natural darkness. The location is perfect for those seeking some degree of solitude or to be immersed in nature. Only a short drive delivers you into the heart of Snowdonia but there are countless miles to explore on the doorstep for those wanting to evade the crowds. Anna is a perfect host. You could go your entire stay without seeing her but if you need her, she's there. Anna and Andy are kind and interesting people and clearly love the space that they have created. I'm only grateful that they are willing to share it.

Very quaint, charming and "bijoux" little cottage in picturesque setting! Lots of quirky furnishings and fittings, very well equipped, comfortable beds and nice touch of welcome gifts and quality toiletries. Great location away from, but near to, all local amenities. Friendly neighbours and attentive host. A beautiful little place to spend a few days enjoying nature and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. 👍

A lovely cottage with plenty of space . We found everything we needed. Victoria is very helpful but we did not need any help, everything is perfectly clear and the detailed map for walks in Snowdonia was exactly what we were looping for.

Perfect location for a peaceful weekend away. The property is beautifully decorated and very cosy. Moelfre is a very quiet and idyllic village and the property is right next to the sea! We had a lovely time and enjoyed visiting some of the other beautiful spots that Anglesey has to offer. I would definitely recommend staying here, we loved it! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Boldon Cottage. Communication prior and during our stay was excellent. The cottage was spotlessly clean and we had a wonderful welcome bag full of goodies on arrival which was such a nice touch. The location is fabulous, we spent A lot of time on ‘our beach’ . The local pub had delicious food and they were very friendly. We also ate at Ann’s pantry equally as delicious. We walked from the cottage all over Moelfre, such a beautiful village. We also ate at st David’s the tavern in benllechand Dylan’s at Menai, highly recommended both. Newborough forest is a stunning place to visit. We loved everything about our stay that we have booked another stay. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home xx x x

Beautifully renovated cottage, tastefully decorated with lovely gardens. Peaceful location with stunning views down to the sea and towards Abersoch. Sue & Mark were lovely hosts. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.
