Villa holiday rentals in Rhodes

Great location right by the sea with a beautiful view. Various nice taverns with sea views can be reached on foot. Despite the small floor area, the house is very spacious due to the high living space, from the sleeping gallery you can look out to the sea. The natural beach can be reached in a few minutes, and a swimming area is about 200 meters further. The house is quite new and architecturally very appealing.

Starting with the host - great friendly gentleman. Clear set of instructions on arrival. This guided us to local restaurants, taxi services, places to visit. The Villa is very well equipped. The outside grounds are really well looked after. The swimming pool for ideal for our family (young teenager and 8 year old children). The view from the terrace was beautiful. On some mornings we were able to see dolphins swimming close to shore. Inside was very modern. The tilt and turn style windows with the shutters were ideal. The villa is close to several restaurants. Stefanos sea food is great if you like fish. There is a really nice Pizza place with a beautiful back garden. Recommend hiring a car if you’re going. We didn’t, lots nearby but there’s more to see. We took taxis to local towns which was reasonable in cost. I found the area that the villa was to quiet (my wife loved that however). If you do go, there are lots of busier towns. Recommend Lindos. The beech is unreal.

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor space. We spent our days round the pool and enjoyed eating in the outside area the nights we stayed in. We were a family of 6- with kids aged 10, 14, 16 and 19…. all ages enjoyed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Symi and a private sunset boat trip as well exploring Rhodes old town. We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and had a good meal in all of them. Thanks for an amazing holiday

Amazing place to stay! The host is so welcoming and provides a huge list of suggestions on places to go and where to eat! The villa is even better than the pictures and is spotless! Definitely rent a car, it’s about 10mins in the car to the old town so it’s in a perfect location. Highly Recommend 5 ⭐️

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

The stay at Charoulas Villa was wonderful. The beautiful garden with pool, lots of seating, with fruit trees and fresh vegetables that grow on the property and that you can also eat is unique. The villa is beautifully furnished with love of detail. Simply a place to feel good and relax. A highlight was also the beautiful outdoor kitchen with grill that we often used. The surrounding beaches are a short drive away as well as the small villages, so a rental car is an advantage. Charoula is a warm host who was always very helpful and always responded promptly to questions and concerns and made great recommendations. Many thanks dear Charoula we will be happy to come back, the whole family enjoyed it very much in the 2 weeks.

We booked Kyriakos' accommodation for a friends vacation and it was wonderful! The beach, which is right (!!!) next to the villa, is wonderfully quiet and very beautiful. There is also a nice beach bar within walking distance with a large selection of food and drinks. The villa itself is beautiful and has a pool, Kyriakos himself was super helpful and everything was very clean. We would definitely come here again!

This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday. Location is great, a short walk into town or to the beach, or to the dock to catch a boat to Rhodes Town

From the pictures, this place looks amazing. But it is nothing compared to how beautiful this place is in real life! Martin and Zuzana are fantastic hosts and could not have been more friendly or useful - nothing was too much trouble. The villa (mansion!) is fully equipped with everything we needed and the amenities were perfect for our large family group. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

We didn't have any issues with the house

Dimitra is a great and very nice host! She was always quick to respond to our messages and was super helpful. We landed as early as 10 in the morning, although check-in was actually only possible from 4 pm – yet we were allowed into the accommodation earlier, which was really great. When we wanted to play football spontaneously at 10 p.m. in the evening, she immediately turned on the light to the place – totally attentive and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you Dimitra!

First trip with the whole family including a 10 month old. The villa was perfect, large bedrooms with great views and each with an in suite bathroom. Living area and kitchen was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was great and used everyday from a quick dip to cool off or the evening sat outside to having something to eat before heading out. Lindos was only a 5 min drive or 30ish min walk (done early morning before it got to hot). Lindos was super and kept us occupied for the week we stayed. The Host and team were great, highly responsive and even allowed a slightly later checkout on the last day. Highly recommended.

This is the best airbnb we ever stayed. Yiannis was very responsive, kind and very helpful on every aspect. The villa is nicely decorated, spacious and in a peaceful and quiet surroundings and yet you can walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We had a bbq at the villa the last night and Chrysa was kind enough to make us a delicious cake to say farewell. We are sad to leave but will definitely go back again.

We had a super pleasant and beautiful stay. The house are beautiful and clean. Everything you need is available. The pool is also particularly great, and it is cleaned every few days. Nikos was super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the aircraft, which can be heard quite loudly (depending on the wind).

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. An absolutely beautiful villa. Came here for 5 days and had an amazing time! The host, Michaela, was superb from start to finish and was always at hand to give us the help we needed throughout the stay. Any questions we had were answered very quickly before our stay and also during! The large open space at the front was amazing with a large pool! The villa inside is really nice and modern. I can definitely say I will stay here again and cannot recommend the villa enough! 10/10 stay!

Moana House was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I found it so peaceful after a busy first week of sightseeing, and the local town was divine! If you enjoy hiking, Moana House is perfectly placed for those mountain adventures, as it's an easy walk from popular mountain trails. The pool was particularly welcoming after those hot days. The house was spotless and provided everything you could need. Annie, who helps Antonios, was so helpful, responsive and incredibly kind to us. We were able to arrive and leave with ease and her great recommendations for restaurants and activities were superb. I could not recommend Moana House enough! Thank you for an incredible stay!

this was booked as a last minute holiday with limited availability on the island so expectations were not too high. From the outset, Greg and his team responded immediately to questions and offered plenty of useful guidance and assistance. the villa was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. nicely situated just outside the village which is full of English speaking locals all very friendly and a few minutes drive from Faliraki and beaches. 4 large bedrooms meant we had plenty of space each but all combined with a lovely communal area outside centered on the pool. The owner arrived on the second day to introduce himself and even sourced us some charcoal for the planned BBQ that evening. would happily go back, was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family and we were even offered a free late checkout to accommodate evening flight home. thankyou

D&R Villas was amazing… as was Dimitrios! This villa had everything we could have wanted and needed, and is by far the nicest house in the village of Gennadi. Our local family friends came by and kindly reminded us it is not the authentic village vibe (as they look around in awe) but I think they were just jealous! Dimitrios was the best and quite literally responded within seconds to any matter I needed help with. The villas are also in the most fabulous location with equal walking distance to the beach as you are the village. A pool almost also feels necessary given how hot Gennadi is. There’s no where else I would have wanted to stay in Gennadi and we will be returning to the villas when we come back to Rhodes next year. Don’t hesitate, book the villas. Thank you Dimitrios!
