Holiday rentals with a patio in Rhodes

We had a really nice stay. The beds are very comfortable and the whirlpool is a big plus! Thanks a lot!

Kostas proactively contacted us before we arrived and welcomed us with a self-check-in video on arrival. He had organized water, a few beers and some fruit for us in the fridge. We were "very" grateful to him for this as we arrived late. He had also organized different types of coffee for us. The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as in the photos. You immediately felt at home. The location of the apartment is really good, as you can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, as well as to the old town. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, pharmacy, coiffeur salon (lui e lei / ladies) and Danis Hair Salon (men). There is also a nail salon for manicures and pedicures (nails & shine, approx. 8 min). There is also a coffee shop and an Adidas store. Really great! Just perfect! We love Kostas & Greece :) Ps. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, miejsce było bardzo czyste, zadbane i świetnie wyposażone. Wszystko czego można było potrzebować było na miejscu. 15min piechotą do centrum starego miasta i 10 min do przystanku autobusowego. Kontakt z właścicielami bardzo dobry. Bardzo szybko odpisują na wiadomości. Zdecydowanie polecamy to mieszkanie :)

Ich war nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Gegend etwas ausserhalb von Rhodos Stadt und ich liebe es, hier zu sein. Geschäfte und alles was man braucht in nächster Nähe. Die Lage ist ideal, um ganz Rhodos zu erkunden ( sinnvoll mit Scooter oder Auto). Zu Fuss ist es ein sehr schöner Spaziergang von 45min in die Altstadt, entweder auf dem Monte Smith mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer, oder den Wohnstrassen entlang zum schöne Gärten anschauen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Eirini die Besitzerin hat hier so viel Liebe hineingesteckt, alles ist sehr durchdacht, die Küche perfekt, auch ideal mal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Bad, Reduit mit Waschmaschine, das grosszügige Schlafzimmer, einfach alles so schön gemacht...ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Und für mich sehr wichtig: es war sauber!! Eirini war immer erreichbar, sollte etwas sein und hiermit nochmals ein grosses Danke! Sitzplatz im Schatten, sehr nette Nachbarschaft. Ich hatte tolle Ferien! Karin

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen es war alles so wie auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet und konnte auch sehr gut Englisch als wir ankamen hat er uns auch direkt gesagt was es alles in der Umgebung gibt. Und er hat mir auch viele links geschickt wo man gut essen kann oder tolle Bars so wie Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und wurde Wasser/Bier/Wein/Soft Drinks und ein bisschen Obst zur Verfügung gestellt. (Kostenfrei)

The host is very responsive and kind — he replied to any of our requests within two minutes. The room was cleaned daily, and they even offered a laundry service completely free of charge! We were allowed to use special towels for the beach, which was a huge plus, as we didn’t have to worry about that. The pool was clean. Just 30 seconds from the apartments, there is a supermarket and a bakery. There is also parking on the property. The courtyard at Pera House opens straight into the beautiful Lindos village and is seconds away from some of its excellent restaurants and bars. It is a traditional Lindian property which has been substantially updated, including very comfortable beds. The owner, Krya, remembered my request for a late checkout from when I booked the house nearly a year ago. Kyra was helpful and responsive throughout all of our communication.

De woning van Ιωαννης is zeer de moeite waard! Alles is nieuw en goed schoon. 2 badkamers is echt heerlijk. Bedden zijn prima. De woonkamer is niet ruim, maar met het dakterras en de balkons is dat ook niet echt nodig. Het is hooguit bij slecht weer wat minder fijn. Ιωαννης is een hele behulpzame host. We hebben ons prima vermaakt. Hou wel rekening met dat de woning in een redelijk nieuwe wijk ligt. Restaurants en winkels liggen op ong. 7 minuten met de auto en 30 minuten lopen. Het is wel een prima locatie als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes als je een (huur)auto ter beschikking hebt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, es hat alles super geklappt und in dem AirBnB kann man sich wirklich nur wohlfühlen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt wunderbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

My partner and I had a wonderful time. Some food items were even prepared for us, and everything you need for a day at the beach was provided — including a sun umbrella, snorkeling gear, and more. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the accommodation. The host was very friendly, and we felt truly welcome.

Manouil is the most helpful and friendly host! He sent super clear instructions on how to get to the house and met us there early so we could check in straight from our flight. The house is beautiful and so clean - there’s also a lovely balcony outside which we made good use of. We cooked lots of meals in the house, which is very well equipped with everything you need, including a full size fridge and freezer. Manouil provided us with lots of great recommendations and kept in touch during our stay in case we needed anything. Again check out was super flexible and helpful. Such a great place to stay!

Had a great stay - it is a great old place which is comfortable and has all amenities. Zafiris is a great host- gave us lots of tips on places to go which we followed and had great food all week. He was very flexible on check out which was really helpful.There are two bathrooms and a TV which aren't mentioned in the description. Would definitely recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Rhodos war einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung war perfekt – alles war neu, sehr sauber und die riesige Terrasse mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht war ein absolutes Highlight. Der Whirlpool war makellos gepflegt und ein echtes Plus. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat uns tolle Insider-Tipps für die Region gegeben und war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Auch der flexible Check-in und Check-out, besonders am Abreisetag, hat unseren Aufenthalt entspannt abgerundet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,όλες οι αποστάσεις πολύ κοντινές με το αμάξι. Κεντρικό, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ τους οικοδεσπότες για την φιλοξενία! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά αν βρεθώ στο νησί!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr sauber, modern und groß. Man hat alles was man braucht und sogar jedes Fenster/Schiebetür ist mit einem Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Der Sohn von Arestir gibt tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt zwei große Balkone und man kann dort die wunderbare Aussicht genießen. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen, weil wir mit allem zufrieden waren.

Appartement très cool et bien placé ! La plage, la vieille ville, la ville nouvelle, tout est accessible à pied et il est très facile de se garer dans la rue! Deux petits commerces de proximité juste en face (dont une épicerie BIO) ce qui est très pratique et une top boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied. Certains soirs, l'eau chaude de la douche pouvait mettre un peu de temps à arriver mais bon c'est le charme des îles ! Un appartement que je recommande fortement!

Had a great stay at this property. Photos don’t do the property justice!! Property had everything you could ever need. Georgios was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

I stayed there with my family for 3 days. Before arrival, George and Cecile sent me all the information about the location. They answered all my questions quickly and were very helpful and thoughtful. The flat was 15 minutes away from the old town. Surrounding was peaceful. We had everything we need in the flat. It was also very clean. I would like to thank for their warm hospitality.

L'appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso pulito e ottimamente organizzato. Abbiamo gradito la presenza del terrazzo molto grande e della cucina con tutti gli accessori necessari. Anche il bagno era grande e comodo. Tutto molto pulito. L'appartamento fa parte di un complesso con una bellissima piscina comune con ampi spazi e ci sono a disposizione sdraio e ombrelloni. L'accoglienza di Matt è stata davvero amichevole, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Durante tutta la permanenza è stato presente ma discreto. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima e consigliamo a tutti questo posto tranquillo.
