Apartment holiday rentals in Rhodes

We booked Jessy’s place after another Airbnb host made their place unavailable after full payment and refused to cancel on their end. Jessy was such a friendly and responsive host. It was easy to communicate. The apartment looks very new and was simply decorated, ie not cluttered. The study room was a nice additional space. It is walking distance from Macquarie University station, although it is slightly uphill if you are pushing luggage. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Had no issues at all. Recommend to anyone! Hosts were also really nice and helpful!

I had booked Glenn’s apartment for a short stay , it lived up to all my expectations. Beautiful view of the Harbour bridge that I could not get enough of. Quiet place , clean , comfortable and close to public transport. Glenn was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had . Also the details to get to the place are made so easy. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfy studio stay with a great view. 😊

Had an amazing stay at Ben’s apartment. The views over the Sydney skyline were spectacular. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was very clean and had many designer appliances and furniture. Parking was extremely convenient as well. Ben was very helpful and responsive, would definitely stay again!

The apartment location is great, easy walking to shops and public transport. The view was better than we expected, looking out over the river! The apartment itself was clean and open, comfortable for 2 of us. Check in was easy, with clear instructions - a bit trickier as there was construction while we were there, but not the fault of the hosts! We would definitely stay again.

Great location with incredible views of the city. A short walk to lovely cafes restaurants and amenities. Supermarkets and supplies close by so a walk to all we needed. A great spot to base ourselves on the doorstep to Sydney.

The Units was very nicely presented, clean and well appointed. Getting the key was not the best, particularly after dark and only one fob so troublesome if you have multiple people coming and going to the building. Otherwise great!

Yinke place was absolutely love and she's a very accommodating host. if we need to stay in Sydney then we will definitely be looking at booking her place again.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. Location, location. Bus stops are out the door, across the street, and 100 feet down the street. Never waited for more than 5 minutes for an Uber. The train station is a 7 minute walk. Shopping center is by the train station. Yes, a short walk to be along the river. I should also say there are tons of places to eat all within that basic area. The apartment was very nice. Well applianced though the first time in Australia, some took a bit of time to learn how to use. But we were right next to the garbage chute – no could not hear anything from it, but the ability to drop garbage down the chute rather than keep it in the apartment was a luxury too. I’d be very happy to stay here again if we return to Rhodes.

I could not recommend this apartment and this host highly enough. Beautiful quality linen and furnishings, tonnes of space, and fantastic location for shops, transport and Olympic park activities. We booked this last minute after another host had cancelled on us, and from the first minute Clinton went above and beyond to help make check-in, our stay, and everything else about it easy. He even drove us to Qudos arena through crowds for a show, dropped off a special treat for our kids, and just went the extra mile on everything. One pf the best AIRBNB experiences I have had.

Absolutely stunning apartment, great location and wonderful views. It was very private and very secure. I did find that the communication and responses were fast, I just found some of the responses from the owner to be a little rude, but always responded to my messages. It was my first time doing Air b&b overall was a wonderful stay. Would go back to this location

It is a very good location in Chastwood, Richard is very responsive and checking in is very smooth. Appreciate that Richard let us have a late check out. The car-parking spot is a bit tricky, need a bit time to park properly, but still better comparing with hotel car parking, as you got your own car parking spot. Overall, it is a nice stay, we will be back in future.

Perfect location. Walking distance to cbd, restaurants and bars nearby, lots of public transport options. Comfortable apartment with beautiful views of Hyde park.

Rita was an excellent host! Offered lots of suggestions of places to see and things to do. The place was nicely decorated and felt very clean. The bed was comfy. It had everything you would need (chargers, slippers, q-tips, etc.) The location was perfect. Walking distance to most things or the train station was less than 5 minute walk. I would totally stay here again, it felt like home away from home. Felt very safe.

This place is excellent for excursions into the CBD. Public transportation is close and will get you everywhere else. For the price and amenities it’s hard to beat. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come through!

A great affordable option to stay in for the popular neighbourhoods of Sydney. Great access to public transit and walkable to most things as well. James was a massive help throughout and made our experience all the better for it.

We stayed at Claire’s apartment for a week. Claire was super friendly and responsive, readily available for check-ins, check-outs, or any other needs we had. She even accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests due to flight changes. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was excellent, only a short walk to both Central Chalmers Station and Central Station. Across from the apartment was Alfred Park, offering beautiful scenery in the mornings and evenings. Additionally, it was within walking distance of fantastic cafes, bars, and restaurants in Surry Hills. Highly recommend this place for the great apartment, ideal location, and most importantly, an incredible host!
