Due to the nearby highway A 57 (about 2 km) with the junctions to the A 40, A 42 and A 44, you can quickly reach worthwhile excursion destinations on the Lower Rhine and in the Ruhr area, the airport and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center. If you have to work temporarily in Krefeld, Duisburg or Moers, you will find comfortable accommodation with us even for a longer period of time.

The approximately 100-year-old and lovingly renovated house is completely inhabited by nice tenants, except for this small ground floor apartment. Through the rear entrance, the apartment is almost barrier-free, except for an approx. 10 cm step. Behind the house there is a private parking space at your disposal. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.
