My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway and this was perfect. Marion was an amazing and attentive host. The apartment was huge Although when we’re weren’t exploring the mountains and castles near by we spent most of our time enjoying the upstairs fireplace. We brought our dog with us and Marion’s two got along great

I sincerely want to thank Marina for a wonderful vacation at the cottage, which I rented for my birthday. Everything was just wonderful! The house turned out to be unexpectedly clean — so neat and cozy that I felt at home. It is evident that the hosts truly care about their home and guests. Marina is an incredibly responsive and attentive person. She helped with any questions, was always in touch, and thanks to her everything went without the slightest problem. The territory is ideal for recreation: there is an opportunity to grill, sweat in the sauna or relax in the jacuzzi — everything is at the highest level. There was also an opportunity to cook food on your own, which is very convenient, especially when you want to arrange a home holiday. I was very pleased that everything was thought out to the smallest detail — from dishes to clean towels. The place is quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for those who want to relax from the city bustle. I definitely recommend this place and will gladly come again! Sylvia and her family welcomed us very warmly. We were allowed to use the pool together, but we had it mostly to ourselves, as the hosts only stayed there briefly in the morning and late in the evening, which was by no means disturbing. We were greeted with small snacks and a bottle of Prosecco. An ice cream was also brought to us at the pool. We have also received great restaurant recommendations. The accommodation was excellently equipped, very clean and had air conditioning. Particularly pleasant on warm days. We were able to relax wonderfully, switch off and enjoy the time to the fullest. Thank you very much for this great stay, we will definitely come back!

Very nice house and great location! We felt very comfortable - especially the beautiful sauna and the home cinema (huge screen, great seats and sound system!) appealed to us. You can go hiking in the area and restaurants & supermarket are close. Markus was quick to respond if you had any questions Thanks!

i recommend the rental and perfect inside all and as in the photos. these quiet and peaceful. exterior under construction my interior perfect . just missing ashtray outside if not all and perfect . thank you, I'll be back

We were there for the family weekend and felt super comfortable. We had plenty of space in the villa, everything was available. It is very clean and a beautifully furnished house. We got to know Yann, a very nice and friendly landlord, who informed us well about the area, etc. and was also immediately there when we had problems or questions. We definitely recommend Villa Fabia
