Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A forest area with pond invites you to walk and jog in 5 minutes walking distance. Various supermarkets and a small city centre are less than a km away. A bus stop with links to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the tranquility in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Cosy furnishings, with fireplace, wood should be brought along by yourself.The cottage has a household equipment with good standard.Access and terrain left natural.Welcome are all guests who want to enjoy nature and peace and respect the nature conservation.Instruction and key handover only possible in German language. Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. Dear guests, I am very happy to rent this barrier-free apartment as it offers an absolutely cozy and stylish atmosphere. The very favorable location between the major cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf (also by train, approx. 6 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station) is suitable for commuters, trade fair visitors and also city tourists. The apartment is integrated into an old farmhouse overlooking an idyllic courtyard.

Shipping Container In Horse Farm

Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.

Quiet loft overlooking the river Rhine

The attic apartment (52 m²) with a living room, a bedroom with double bed (1.80m), a kitchen with plenty of space and a bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via a separate entrance. From the bedroom and living room you can be seen ships passing by on the river Rhine.
