Sehr flexible. In einem Zimmer, gibt es die Möglichkeit für 2 Personen (notfalls 3) und in dem anderen Zimmer können bis zu 5-6 Personen übernachten. Die Betten lassen sich flexibel verschieben zu 7 Einzelbetten oder 3 Doppelbetten. Der Gewölbekeller mit Tresen/Barstühlen kann mitbenutzt werden, ist aber außer Funktion. 1 PKW-Stellplatz gibt es direkt am Haus. Eigene Bettbezüge + Handtücher können kostengünstig mitgebracht werden oder gegen Aufpreis für 5€ bzw. 3€ pro Person zu bestellen.

Die Wohnung, ca 25 Quadratmeter und ein eigenstaendiges Gebaeude, liegt einen Steinwurf vom Rheinufer entfernt im Naherholungsgebiet der "Groov". Die Linie 7 der Straßenbahn ist fusslaeufig gelegen, genauso wie 3 Supermaerkte und weitere Einrichtungen des taeglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnkueche ist mit Markengeraeten ausgestattet und es gibt einen kleinen Tisch zum arbeiten oder essen sowie eine Schlafcouch. Im Schlafzimmer stehen ein Doppel- Etagenbett.

Deze ruime woning (55m2) is uitermate geschikt voor wandelaars, fietsers en gezinnen met kids. Pal naast de woning ligt het Nationaal Park de Eifel en op enkele minuten rijden bevindt zich de Rursee. Dit is één van de grootste stuwmeren van Duitsland en biedt vele watersport mogelijkheden. Vanaf het balkon heeft u het mooiste uitzicht van het dorp, over het prachtige berglandschap van de Eifel.

Suitable for 2 persons (non-smoking). There is one bedroom with double bed (200 x 140 cm), one small bathroom. The living room has a couch and a built-in kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi. The apartment has its own access and a balcony directly on the lake. Bed linen and towels are provided.
