We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

This was a great find for my family of four and our dog. We enjoyed the sunny balcony and patio in the morning and lots of nice touches, especially the handmade pottery. The house is very handy for the beach, Pleasure wood Hills and our favourite places in Corton and it has the added bonus of free use of the pool and a friendly restaurant/clubhouse where we went for coffee everyday. Great value!

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Lovely character cottage, which was decorated to a high standard and very clean. Cosy yet spacious and ideal for a family group. The location was great- in the next road to the High Street and 5 minutes from the beach yet quiet and peaceful. Very handy for popping to the shops for fresh items and visiting the local restaurants. We found free parking on a street nearby so that was not a problem. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower at any time and the central heating was welcome as it was chilly on a couple of evenings during our stay. Would return. Thank you!

We stayed at Cowslip Mead for two nights it was absolutely stunning,I really could not fault one thing about this place and hosts were extremely friendly and helpful,The Annexe is full of beautiful things so tastefully thought through, unfortunately the weather was not too kind to us but we had lovely meal on Sarah's recommendation and we curled up by the log fire and fairy lights and watched TV on the TV in such peaceful luxurious surroundings ,Well done Sarah it's a credit to you thank you for the cookies and the coffee tea etc we enjoyed them ,Hope to return when in area as it's so handy for Norfolk/Suffolk cost Yvonne & Anthony

The Lite House is a very special place for a big group looking for a memorable holiday. We had a wonderful few days with our children, playing on the beach and exploring the Suffolk and Norfolk coast. The Lite House is better than the photos with heaps of space for families to spread out and relax. We loved how many children’s games and toys were in the house to play with.

The cottage was perfect, just as described, lovely and clean and very cosy. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was the fourth time we’ve stayed at this beautiful, iconic house with extended family and it feels like a second home to us which is why we keep coming back. It’s in a prime spot, with stunning sea views especially from the top floor bedrooms, and it’s lovely to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach nearby. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and suits different generations well as one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Southwold is a wonderful destination whatever the weather, but we were particularly lucky this week to have warm sunshine most of the time, meaning we could sit outside on the first floor terrace of the house and enjoy the crazy golf down by the pier. Thanks to Barbara for being a very friendly host as always. We will be back again soon!

Had a great stay in Southwold. The accommodation was perfect. Right in the center of the town but still peaceful. The house was perfect for our needs. Well proportioned and beautifully presented. We would highly recommend for your next holiday.

The house is stunning- beautifully designed and decorated with a warm and cosy feeling! The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing! There are lots of places to sit and chill out within the house too- and outside. All facilities are provided in the kitchen too! Great family stay!

We had a lovely weekend in The Coach House. Perfect location for us, a footpath for a walk with our dog right next to the house and an enjoyable 20 minute walk into the centre of Southwold. The house had everything we needed for our weekend and a lovely little courtyard garden to use if the weather permits. We will definitely return in the future.

I stayed here to visit Minsmere and it was absolutely perfect. Kind, friendly hosts, visits from Dynamo the dog and really thoughtfully put-together accommodation. For nature lovers, you’ll wake to the sound of a lesser whitethroat and other birds outside and might encounter badgers as you drive back to the accommodation in the evening. I felt right at home and will be returning whenever I need my Minsmere fix!

The perfect place for our family of 7 adults and 4 children to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. A very comfortable and spacious home. The grandchildren loved the park across the road and it was so convenient for Southwold beach too. We had a lovely meal at the Randolph hotel 10 minutes walk away Thank you Phillipa for sharing your home.

Lovely house , plenty of space for al the family , all you need is there for amenities in the house , lovely welcome bag with coffee biscuits and wine Location is fantastic , if you choose to eat at home and relax at home indoors it fantastic And new oven is great. If you are arriving during the day during busy times weekends / great weather you may find getting a parking space difficult but in the evening once the day visitors have gone it’s ok We would go again

This unique cottage is gorgeously quirky. It had just the right balance of special items for interest without being cluttered. We loved the decor and the thoughtful addition of games and books. We also really appreciated the wild garden and enjoyed reading or having a morning cup of tea out there, listening to the birdsong. Easy to get to Southwold and Walberswick, and very enjoyable all round.

Lovely modern house with everything you need for your stay. Secured back yard for furry friends. Excellent location for dog friendly beach and coastal walks. Great fish and chips just 100m down the road. Local pubs within walking distance. Lots of on street parking in a friendly neighbourhood. Host was great at replying to messages. Definitely a beach retreat.
