Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The picturesque town of Würzburg can be reached in 15 minutes by train. Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Beautiful, as good as new apartment. Had everything you need. Nice hosts who also grow wine and have a "wine certificate". We just bought a couple of bottles of Franconian wine. A great beer garden on the Main is also within walking distance (2 min).

Great location for quiet walks and delicious wine to enjoy! We felt comfortable with two dogs and two children. Dietholf and Nicole were very kind and accommodating. The bedrooms are large and pleasant (2 bedrooms and a living room), but the kitchen could have been a little cleaner.

I was looking for the cheapest possible accommodation for an event in Würzburg, which I could use during this period and found it with Michaela and Andreas. Check in easily thanks to the key box, quiet location, privacy available. A little tip: The walk from the train station through the vineyard and later between fields is beautiful and easy to manage with little luggage and good condition.
