Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Retiro

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Fabian, Juan Pablo and the entire group of co-hosts were very responsive. The apartment was great, as described and the views and balcony are incredible. We were able to walk to many places nearby and taxis and metro were also easy options. I would recommend this apartment to other guests.

Our stay at this El Poblado gem was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment itself is upscale and immaculately clean, with a modern design that feels professionally curated down to the smallest detail—think designer furniture, tasteful artwork, and every appliance you could possibly need. We felt safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in. A special shout-out to Carlos, the doorman. He greeted us with a warm smile every day, His attentiveness was the icing on the cake.

Maria's place is fantastic. The building is safe, with plenty of amenities, including a rooftop pool, 24 hour security and a bar / restaurant in the lobby. There's a Carulla super market super close by, and Provenza is also easily reachable by walking. Maria is a fantastic host. She was always super responsive, and also gave some excellent local recommendations for things to do, and places to eat. Fully recommend!

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

Alejandro and Juliana’s place was perfect for our trip in Medellin. The place was easy to access. Located in a great neighborhood, with access to short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. Definitely worth it!

I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

House super clean, nice pool and jacuzzi, the view is beautiful and also I have to mention the delicious food! The place is completely and you feel like your are part of the family is not only an Airbnb it is your home! It is a little piece of heaven on the earth.

Simón was a great host and the apartment is as described, a great place and the building staff is quite friendly, you can even ask for help to get a taxi. Comfortable, easily accessible and with all the things you might need very close by. In addition, it is located in a very quiet area of Poblado and Simón's recommendations are very good. A separate mention to the great view of the city from the apartment, and the common areas very nice. I would come back without hesitation.
