Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Wendy’s place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and the location was ideal for our visit to Burbank. Wendy was an outstanding host: very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll absolutely stay here again when visiting our son. Highly recommend!

This is a great Airbnb! It’s very clean and in a great, safe location, close to the 101 freeway and a short drive to restaurants and cafes. It’s very well stocked, free of clutter, and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Sasha set up a pack n play and left behind a high chair too. We also had a chance to meet briefly and she was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this cute house!

Perfect home for our family trip to LA. It was a beautiful house with a great location. We loved the hot tub and the pool. Pool was chilly but the kids still enjoyed it. The house was extremely well stocked with all the little things you often forget on trips. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the LA area.

As a former LA resident, staying at this pristine property in Canoga Hills felt like coming home. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Jade was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend opting for the pool warming—it’s absolutely worth it! The pool itself is immaculate and the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful LA day. The home is also fully stocked with all the linens and essentials you could need. I would absolutely stay here again!

I am so grateful for my stay in Janeece's cozy and beautiful house. From the very first moment I felt at home. It was like love at first sight. It's not annoyingly perfect like an Airbnb can be, it's a real life home and that's what makes it so charming. Janeece did her best in terms of communication and answering any questions. Great host, easy peasy check-in, very private which was great for our family with little kids. Off main road so not too loud compared to much of SF Valley. Pool and garage recreational items were great for our family. Loved the updated looking interior, comfortable beds, nice showers, great kitchen, comfortable living room. The back patio with fireplace was great for lounging with coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Would definitely come back.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation
