Villa holiday rentals in Requena

We had a fantastic two-week stay at the villa and loved it like everyone else. A special mention to Christine, who was so friendly and welcoming. When we had reason to contact her, we had an immediate answer. The same went for Thomas as well. This is probably the nicest, most welcoming, well-equipped villa we have stayed in, and we have been doing this for over 35 years. Like others before us, we are already planning our return visit.

Peter & Maura zijn super gastvrije mensen, we voelden ons vanaf eerste moment hartstikke welkom ! Het ontvangst, de rondleiding en de vragen die we hadden, het werd uitgelegd! Ik kreeg zelfs een emmertje sop omdat ik graag m’n motor wou ontdoen van de vliegen… ook deze konden netjes afgesloten staan achter het hek. De omgeving is lekker rustig en de drukte kan je opzoeken. Bij vertrek kwamen ze ons hartstikke leuk ook weer uitzwaaien. Kortom heerlijk huis en een hele attente gastheer/gastvrouw. Dank jullie wel en tot ziens

This place truly is heaven on earth, surrounded by the most beautiful views, mountains and greenery this villa was perfect a beautiful building with beautiful grounds, it had everything we needed and more the kids loved it, one of my favourite places and im well traveled. Wendy was super helpful and friendly, helped arrange bikes and food shopping and fetched us milk also! The beds were super comfy and the villa was spacious and and spotless. highly recommend 👌

This was the perfect getaway for a long weekend with my partner. Pere's home was very clean, cozy and filled with beautiful plants. We loved having breakfast by the pool and relaxing in the sun. We were impressed by how well equipped the kitchen when we made our meals. Definitely recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war herrlich. Kerstin ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste kümmert und gerne ihre Tipps für Essen, Strände und Aktivitäten weitergibt. Sie hat uns aber auch immer den nötigen Freiraum gegeben. Die beiden Katzen, die auf dem Grundstück wohnen, waren sehr lieb und zutraulich und haben direkt unser Herz miterobert. Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und der Außenbereich mit großem Pool wird mit maximal 4 anderen Gästen geteilt. Die Villa ist jedoch so groß, dass es immer eine Möglichkeit gibt, sich außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers zurückzuziehen. Die Villa la Paz liegt etwas außerhalb von Dénia - wir haben die Ruhe und die gute Luft sehr genossen, es war wie im Paradies. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt zu vielen Wasseraktivitäten, Spaziergängen durch die Städtchen und Ausflüge in die Natur ein. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer weiterempfehlen und raten besonders zu der Massage, die wir dazubuchen konnten.

Liebe Kathleen, dein Strandhaus war ein magischer Ort für uns (5 x Familie, alle erwachsen). Traumterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer , toller Sandstrand (wenig Leute) ,ruhig gelegen! Die Ausstattung ist top, der Kontakt war sehr herzlich und völlig unkompliziert. Mit dem Auto 40 min nach Valecia, tolle Stadt! Eine Surfschule liegt fußläufig, falls man ein board ausleihen will. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke Kathleen

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, from a fully equiped kitchen to fresh linens and clean bathrooms. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. What really stood out, though, was how kid-friendly the space was. There were thoughtful touches throughout, and the host was kind enough to let our kids borrow some drawing materials, which kept them happily entertained during our downtime. It made the whole experience feel personal and warm. The host was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests having a great experience. We felt completely at home and would absolutely return. A perfect five-star stay!

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

Juan is an amazing host!! His place is wonderful and we really enjoyed his recommendations (especially the trip to the Blue Lagoon!). The house fit our extended family easily and was well located for getting to the beach and into town. Would highly recommend booking with Juan!! He will take good care of you and your family/friends!

We hebben een heerlijke familievakantie gehad in het huis. Het is lekker ruim en heel netjes. Qua locatie heb je een mooi uitzicht op Calpe en is de villa rustig gelegen wat erg fijn is. Het contact was altijd vriendelijk en snel en er werd heel fijn meegedacht over de flexibele inchecktijd in verband met onze vroege vluchttijd. Een echte aanrader!

Estancia perfecta con amigos. Con todas las comodidades, espacio y facilidades. Incluso tienen más de lo que anuncian como paelleras con rueda de gas y parrillas para la barbacoa. No le faltaba detalle.

Zunächst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass der Check-in wirklich reibungslos verlief. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes verlief auch wunderbar. Als ein Rolladen zu reparieren war, wurde dies sofort erledigt. Der Pool ist sehr schön - etwas kalt ohne Poolheizung im Oktober - und wird einmal die Woche gereinigt. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Familien, das Haus hat eine gute Größe und es hatten alle genügend Platz. Die Küchen waren gut ausgestattet, bei unserer Anreise war alles sauber. Die obere Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, die untere (in der man sich die meiste Zeit aufhält) hätte eine kleine Renovierung nötig, besonders die Bäder. Aber auch das war ok. Der Außenbereich ist schön, es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen großen Grill, Billard, Tischtennis ….. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, die Strände sind gut erreichbar und es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

We have just had a wonderful family week at Andres Vilal in Calpe. The villa was easy to find and the location was fantastic with amazing views in a lovely peaceful area, with little to no noise. Just an 8 min drive down into Calpe for supermarkets and great restaurants. The villa was really homely and clean and suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults. The seperate self contained flat at the bottom was perfect for my wife and I while our Son, Daughter and Her boyfriend occupied the main villa. The outside eating areas and BBQ were great and made for relaxing evenings. Although be warned the mosquitoes were vicious and we all got bitten. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing with stunning views over the surrounding hills. The Villa was ideally placed for days out including Altea old town, Fonts Del Algar and Valencia, all of which i would reccomend. The only observation I would make is the villa needed some TLC, but fine for us. Andres was really helpful and responsive.

Igor's place was perfectly kitted out. large and spacious with great Air-con and facilities. The location is excellent and the views from are 2st floor balcony are very nice. The view from the ground floor were a little restricted due to some trees sadly obscuring the view of the bay. However, these trees will he gone in the next few months and the view will be a huge unrestricted panoramic view of the whole of the peninsula. Stunning. Igor was a great host and communication was very good. Karen met us early to check in and was available via phone throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa. Rien ne manque ! la décoration est de très bon goût. Un endroit paradisiaque, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, sa situation à flanc de montagne nous a permis de faire de belles randonnées. La piscine a été un vrai régal avec cette chaleur ! Je recommande vivement. Séjour parfait !

We really enjoyed our stay here, the villa was just as described. It was very modern and clean. Donatas at seawings was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. He was always proactive in checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed. Car is required as there are lots of hills in the area and not much is within walking distance.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans la maison de Mayte qui est tout simplement magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par ses parents qui ont été très gentils. Tout y est pour se détendre et passer de belles vacances en famille. La maison offre toutes les prestations qu'on peut rechercher dans une maison luxueuse. Proche de toutes commodités (restaurants à 200m, à 15 minutes de Valencia juste parfait!!). Merci à Mayte pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse, nous ne pouvions espérer meilleur accueil et séjour.

Fantastisk placering med underbar utsikt, och huset motsvarade mycket väl våra högt ställda förväntningar. Fint med utekök för egen grillning, endast bastun kändes lite överkurs. Skönt med dubbelgarage då vi hade två bilar. Kul med oväntade små överraskningar från Abahana Luxe. Rekommenderas varmt!

Wonderful place to stay! Oscar was very helpful with anything we needed! Nothing was a problem! I wanted to book again for next year but it’s full! Which is a testament to how good this property is! Thank you Dave and Oscar for letting us stay at your beautiful property!

La villa correspond au descriptif et aux photos et est très propre. Elle est située dans un endroit très calme et paisible, tout en étant proche des commodités et ça c'était vraiment top ! Don a été très réactif pour répondre aux messages. Je recommande vivement.
