I really enjoyed my family vacation in Tahoe, this property management provided all the comfortable conditions to enjoy our trip. Was easy check in and check out, clean house, cozy atmosphere.

Second time staying at this house. It's really fantastic for an extended family or small group trip to the snow. So convenient with the shuttle pickup at the the end of the driveway and an extremely comfortable and well appointed home.

This was one of the best rentals we’ve ever had. The house was very nicely decorated with amazing linens and a full kitchen with everything you could have wanted. Perfect for a family of four or two couples. And the ski resort shuttle picks you up in front of the house. Loved it!

It's a nice cabin on the hill in the lovely small town. We were provided a clear instruction how to drive to the house. The bed was comfy and we have snacks and drinks to enjoy the deck. Deborah & Roger are very friendly, thoughtful and always make sure we get everything we need. Definitely come back!

Really lovely place! The cabin was beautiful, extremely well equipped and well organized, super responsive hosts, great location with convenient shuttle to skiing.

Perfect place to stay with my family and kids. This cabin is right in the woods and only few minutes shuttle ride to NorthStar resort. There’s a shuttle that stops right in front of cabin and drops you off as well. This is excellent for skiing and snowboarding - no having to struggle with gear getting to and from shuttle stops. Place was excellent, comfy beds, lots of beds, and warm throughout. The water took a bit to figure out but had excellent communication for trouble shooting any issues. Sophia was so excellent and flexible for our accommodations for check in / check out. It was everything we wanted for a family get away in the snow, highly recommend.

Our stay with a couple of small families with toddler children was comfortable and fun! The house was very clean when we check in and the host was very quick to respond and communicate for any questions we had. Even offered us an extra high chair last minute! The open concept with the shared kitchen/dining/family room is a nice set up where everyone can be in one place at the same time and enjoy each other’s company while doing different things. They have some fun board games too! Overall great experience.

I loved Gina and her little pack of dogs and cats. You feel very quickly at home, and Gina is so welcoming! A big plus for the water pressure, which is very good (rare in the USA). THANKS!

My husband, step daughters, and senior doggo had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spacious cabin. Very clean, well kept, and well stocked. The cabin is in a great location and is within the NorthStar Shuttle route (setting up a pick up and drop off is very easy through the app). What impressed me most is how well stocked the kitchen is. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots/pans and new appliances. We were only disappointed that we didn't get to use the hot tub, but only because it was a rainy weekend. Definitely a lot of love went into maintaining this lovely cabin. Andrew is friendly and corresponded with me in a very timely manner. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit the NorthStar resort!

Wolf's Lair is a place you never want to leave! Beautiful Home in a perfect location. Walk out the back deck to the hot tub or a walk up the hill into the towering pines! Inside is decorated with a personal touch like your staying in the home of a friend. The Home had everything we needed. Kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals, which we did a few times! The ski shuttle picks you up in minutes from your door. A special Thank You to Kelly and the AvantStay team for super fast response to questions as we settled in for a perfect family ski vacation. We look forward to next time and will definitely hope the Wolf's Lair is available. THANK YOU!

Kimber’s cabin is located right next to Sky Tavern, which made it so easy for my son and I to go back and forth for the event we were attending there. A nice, cozy cabin, just as Kimber described.

A wonderful stay for our long ski weekend. Comfortable beds, quality linens, thoughtful, touches, like quiet fans to circulate heat. Eco-friendly touches that were noticeable yet understated. Hope to stay again next season. We had a minor issue with the gas fireplace, and the property management was very responsive. Thank you!

This place is awesome. We love the access to outdoor activities. Lauren was a great host and the place worked perfect for us.

Our stay was an absolute dream! The property is beautiful, truly pristine and so well-maintained. What really stood out was how responsive the host was – any questions we had were answered in a flash. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo is quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with high-end appliances including TVs, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a smart thermostat, and a smart lock on the front door. It's also one of the closest Silver Strike units to the Northstar Village—less than a 5-minute walk—and you can ski right back to the unit. Highly recommend!

When I first arrived at the location, I walked to the side and saw four deer just relaxing no more than 50 feet away. That was really cool. This was such a beautiful, romantic, and cozy space, and honestly, I don’t think those words fully capture how much I appreciated staying here.

This house was perfect for our big family reunion. It had everything we wanted, especially the kitchen. The location was easy to find and was only 5 min away from restuarants. I would recommend to someone else.
