It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two subway stations nearby. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and generate a lot of security and tranquility. There are all kinds of stores nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has an all-inclusive heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes, which is snowy at this time, and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

i love the apartment, has everything we needed, very good taste in its ornaments and everything is very clean, and the host is very good communication and concern of our stay.

My stay was just excellent.😁 From the first moment, the communication was fluid and the attention incredible. The place was spotless, well located and exactly as in the pictures. Care was noted in every detail. I would definitely come back here and recommend it 100% 🙌

The apartment was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the church throughout the apartment, was great to wake up to. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. I had a wonderful time during my stay. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, like having trouble finding change for the laundry room, but that didn't take away from the wonderful atmosphere of the apartment. It’s definitely a great value for what you get. If you're seeking a vibrant downtown experience, this is the perfect choice for you.

Excellent hosts Jorge and Claudia. They were concerned from before the arrival, and even requested feedback on opportunities for improvement, if there were any. Impeccable place, with several details in relation to hospitality, it is very appreciated that they considered having coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, and soda, sparkling and mineral water for the arrival. Absolutely recommended!

We recommend this place! Mabel and Carina are very kind, the apartments are dreamy, decorated with the smallest detail, you can tell that there is love in that place, they thought of everything! The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need, it has laundry detergent, shampoo, soap... etc The decoration of the place is very nice, the details, very cozy! very good location, you can walk, there are many restaurants, parks, close to everything! 100% recommended, we would return to this wonderful place :) definitely a nice experience in this place :)

Everything very clean and organized. The view is incredibly beautiful. The location is super easy to find.

I loved it! The service was amazing, everything was just like the photos, clean, modern, with lots of amenities. The area is super central, you have everything at hand. There are shopping centers, metro, public transport, there is a direct bus to the airport, restaurants, etc. Very comfortable for the stay, we were able to rest very well. I spent few days with my family here, and Matias and Roberto were great hosts with direct communication. The apartment is in a very great location, walkable to the mall, restaurant, bus station, metro station (for mobilization) and more. Very well recommended.

The apartment is very good! Great reception! It was a bit complicated to close the door at the same time as you put in the code, but nothing serious. The immediate area is not the safest, but it is super central, close to Ohiggins Park

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

Apartment was clean and roomy, great location, great shopping and food, and great views from apartment. I loved the nice big Jacuzzi, very relaxing after long day at work. Priscilla was very helpful when I got lost and helped me find my way, lol...and was very accommodating when I was running late to pick my luggage up to check out. Thank you for everything.
