Fue espectacular, muy fácil de llegar con dos estaciones de metro muy cerca. El personal del edificio muy amable y servicial y genera mucha seguridad y tranquilidad. Hay tiendas de todo tipo cerca y servicios a domicilio de todas las plataformas. Además el apartamento tiene todo incluido calentador, el baño muy limpio con suficientes toallas papel higiénico y toallas de cocina también. Muy bien aseado. Desde el balcón se puede ver parte de Los Andes que en esta época está nevado y en el piso 10 hay una terraza con vista panomarica a Los Andes y a la ciudad

me encanto el departamento, tiene todo lo que necesitábamos, muy buen gusto en sus adornos y todo muy limpio, y el anfitrión muy buena comunicación y preocupación de nuestra estadía.

Muy buena experiencia, solo me encontré justo cuando estaban haciendo mantenimiento en el edificio, pero todo lo demás impecable. Volvería alojarme por qué era como en casa.

The apartment was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the church throughout the apartment, was great to wake up to. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. I had a wonderful time during my stay. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, like having trouble finding change for the laundry room, but that didn't take away from the wonderful atmosphere of the apartment. It’s definitely a great value for what you get. If you're seeking a vibrant downtown experience, this is the perfect choice for you.

Lugar impecable, con varios detalles en relación a la hospitalidad, se agradece mucho el que consideraran tener Café, Te, azucar, endulzante, y gaseosa, espumante y agua mineral para la llegada. Absolutamente recomendables!

Recomendamos este lugar! Mabel y Carina muy amables, los departamentos soñados, decorados con el mas minimo detalle, se nota que hay amor en ese lugar, pensaron en todo! la cocina muy bien equipada, tiene todoo lo necesario, tiene detergente para lavar ropa, shampoo, jabon... etc La decoracion del lugar es muy linda, los detalles, muy acogedor! muy buena ubicacion, se puede caminar, hay muchos restaurantes, parques, cerca de todo! 100% recomendado, volveriamos a este maravilloso lugar :) definitivamente una linda experiencia en este lugar :)

I felt right at home and safe, being a solo female traveler that is important!! Easy to walk everywhere and great restaurants all around you:) Comfortable beds and pillows are an added plus ! We had a fabulous three night stay at Jed’s place! The apartment was beautifully decorated and so thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was located in a convenient and peaceful area and we felt perfectly comfortable and at ease as first-time visitors to Santiago. Jed is a wonderful host— friendly and proactive! He came to greet us upon arrival and made sure to check in on us at regular intervals. Everything left us with a great impression and we cannot recommend highly enough!

Buena ubicación, paraderos cerca, metro hay que caminar pero ningún drama, supermercado y lugares para comer muy cerca, excelente departamento con todas las comodidades para una estancia agradable

Tudo muito limpe e organizado. A vista é incrivelmente linda. A localização super fácil de se achar.

Me encantó! La atención fue increíble, todo era tal cuál las fotos, limpio, moderno, con muchas comodidades. La zona es súper céntrica, tienes de todo a la mano. Hay centros comerciales, metro, transporte público, hay un bus directo al aeropuerto, restaurantes, etc. Muy cómodo para la estancia, pudimos descansar muy bien. Estoy muy agradecida con Rosa y el equipo de HOM. Espero volver pronto ❤️

I spent few days with my family here, and Matias and Roberto were great hosts with direct communication. The apartment is in a very great location, walkable to the mall, restaurant, bus station, metro station (for mobilization) and more. Very well recommended.

El departamento muy bueno! Genial la recibida! Era un poco complicado cerrar la puerta a la vez que uno le ponia el codigo, pero nada grave. La zona inmediata no es la mas segura, pero es super centrico, cercano al parque ohiggins

Had a good stay, the apartment was exactly as described and it felt very safe.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

The place is very comfortable and clean. Very well located and close by to restaurants, public transport and all you need for staying or visiting. 👍👍

El departamento es muy lindo y tal como dice la descripción la vista es increíble. Además el departamento está muy bien equipado!! Volvería sin dudarlo. También es necesario indicar que la atención de Nico es excelente!!!

Apartamento amplo e espaçoso, com todos as comodidades necessárias, limpo e aconchegante. Possui calefação, o que é muito importante para os dias de frio. A anfitriã Carla muto gentil e atende prontamente. Localização excelente, com mercado e metro próximos. Região muito bonita.

Apartment was clean and roomy, great location, great shopping and food, and great views from apartment. I loved the nice big Jacuzzi, very relaxing after long day at work. Priscilla was very helpful when I got lost and helped me find my way, lol...and was very accommodating when I was running late to pick my luggage up to check out. Thank you for everything.
