Nice straightforward place with everything you need. Quiet location with 30 second walk to the beach and lovely garden to relax in too. Spare parasols for the beach were particularly useful and AC kept the place very pleasant. Responsive host and Gianfranco who greeted us and checked us out was very helpful despite the language barrier (translate function on the phone was very helpful).

The apartment matches the photos and description. It is very clean and not far from the center of the village on foot. The view from the balcony is beautiful, sunset or sunrise guaranteed;-) depending on when you are there. We had a wonderful stay. Emanuela is great, very good tips, small places, and super nice. If I can, I would recommend this place. Badesi is a typical village with some local shops and is located halfway to the north west and north east. Happy hosting in Emanuela and happy holidays to the next;-)

Carlo was the perfect host, friendly, responsive and proactive when required The house is perfect sized for 2, and could sleep 4 with a sofa bed in the living area(although possibly a bit snug for a longer stay for more than 2 adults) It is well appointed with everything you need, and nicely decorated. The outside area is well shaded, and although there is no Aircon the house did not get too hot despite 30 degrees outside. San Teodoro is a lovely town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and beaches The town is 10 minutes easy stroll, the beaches a little further(we were glad we had a car, but lots of people walked to the beach every day) We had a lovely time here, and Carlo and his house contributed hugely to that Thank you for a great stay

This was a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Old City. Location could not be better! The host was wonderful with directions and flexibility. Home was extremely clean with wonderful decorations to enjoy. Very spacious! We will be staying again when we return.

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.

Easy to reach house with easy to reach shaded parking space, the house has a breathtaking view in a location that allows you to reach Castelsardo on foot without problems, the house is hospitable comfortable and very clean, white is a helpful and very kind host, I highly recommend it to everyone

We can't thank Paolo and his parents Dino & Antonella enough for our beautiful trip to Sardinia. The house matches 100% the pics and is located in a beautiful quiet area 5 min away (driving) from San Teodoro main street. The place is a 20 min driving from Olbia Airport and a 5 min driving from La Cinta beach & 12 min away from Cala Brandichi. It is so convenient & helpful to stay there. The best part was definitely the warm welcome of his parents, a lovely couple who made us feel at home. They were so kind & patient explaining everything about Sardinia, gave us the best tips for our trip. We've had such a great time that when we did the check-out it felt like we were going away from our own home, leaving our family behind. If you want to stay in a lovely spacious, quiet & clean place enjoying the best of San Teodoro & being hosted by the sweetest couple in Sardinia, you need to book this place. This Airbnb was perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights. We were able to do our laundry after 1 week of traveling already. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, everything was clean. TVs were easy to use. Hosts were very responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent stay. Very warm welcome from Alisson. The accommodation is nice, pleasant and functional, the outside is well laid out and shaded. The only small downside if we have to find one: only the main room is air-conditioned. The residence is peaceful, offers a beautiful view of the mountains and a beautiful pool. We had a fun time!

I spent 1 week with 2 families and the grand-parents and it was perfect. The place is clean, and standing, and the view is astonishing! Catherine was a great host and really communicative! Really encourage this place!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Great experience, modern apartment,nice and well cared for,in a great location. Then there is the pool, what to say......not from everyone,always clean and practically inside the house. You can easily reach the center on foot in a few minutes on foot. Mr. Ornella is always available as well as Mr. Vito . Recommended and repeatable experience.

The house looks even better in person than in the photos! It has a lovely backyard where you can hang towels to dry, and from the terrace, you get a partial view of the sea and the mountains—a really nice touch. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. There are 2–3 beaches within walking distance, but it's even more convenient by car—only about a 5-minute drive. A special thanks to Anna Lisa for her warm hospitality, helpful tips, and kindness. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Friendly, generous and very flexible host, we were allowed to do a very late checkout. A lot of equipment, we were allowed to use everything. Perfect for 6 people, we felt very comfortable.

We had a nice time in May at Mauro's place. You can reach the paradise beach with an inviting beach bar in about 25 minutes on foot. On the way, you will pass a small village center with shopping, restaurants and a playground. Bruna welcomed us warmly, was always immediately on the spot during our stay and also came by at check-out. The village was still empty in May and we were the only ones in the row of houses, so we had it very quiet. You can park behind the house.

The house is located in a quiet and strategic area, perfect for easily reaching the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well distributed, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. However, there are some aspects that deserve more attention: some light bulbs were burnt out, the lawn hadn't been cut for a while, and the entrance was a bit neglected, with tall grass and the outside porch full of leaves. The front door also opened with difficulty, and on the lower floor there was no hot water to either the sink or the bidet. With a little more maintenance, these issues could be easily resolved, making the experience truly impeccable. Despite everything, we had a great time and the natural setting was well worth it. With a little more care, the property has really excellent potential. I'd love to go back!

We were very satisfied with the location and privacy of the accommodation. The humidity caused dampness in the house, but we ventilated everything and it was good. We have a big complaint about the beds, they are not comfortable at all. The beach is a short distance from the house and beautiful .. it is good to take shoes with you into the water. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need. Thank you Claudia for everything and if you change the beds we will be regular clients.

Communication with Maria was flawless. His employee Domenico was very helpful on site. The place was great. The description says there is only one outdoor shower available, but there is also a normal shower in the bathroom, which surprised us positively!
