Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

Padroni di casa estremamnte gentili e disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare per cose pratiche,quali parcheggio,raccolta rifiuti..l 'alloggio pulitissimo, con messa a disposizione abbondante di lenzuola,asciugamani,anche da mare,dotato di pentole ed utensili in abbondanza.L'appartamento dispone di due ingressi,un terrazzino dove si puo passare piacevolmente il proprio tempo,la posizione fantastica ,una delle piu gettonate nell'isola,sopra Cala Gavetta,un porticciolo che è una vera chicca ad un passo dal centro storico.Per tornare ci metterei la firma.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato tre notti da Mari. L’appartamento è grande, silenzioso e luminoso. Appena siamo entrati ci siamo subito accorti della pulizia e dell’attenzione verso il cliente. Un sacco di accortezze per vivere al meglio in casa e suggerimenti per visitare l’isola. Inoltre parcheggio interno comodissimo. Speriamo di tornare

A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and far enough from city lights to see tons of stars on clear nights (still just a ~15min drive to Olbia, though). The interior matched the pictures very well. Anna Rita was very helpful and responsive, and provided plenty of great recommendations at our request. Just to note, there is a family of several cats/kittens on the property that are very cute and will probably seek your attention at every opportunity :)

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed with Adriano for over a week. He was always helpful and quick to fix things for us. We especially appreciated his extensive binder with recommendations of beaches, restaurants etc. The apartment is a good size for a couple or a small family. Pool area and gardens are super well kept. The september flowers, the well kept lawns and stone settings everywhere where magical! Fair wifi and a good washing machine are bonus features. We strongly recommend this Sardinian pearl!

Tolle Lage für dem wunderschönen Capo Testa. Schöner Blick von den Terrassen - Ausrichtung nach Osten, perfekt für das Frühstück. Einrichtung teilweise etwas älter, aber gepflegt und alles funktionierte tadellos.

We could. It have wished for a more beautiful spot or villa to stay in for this family reunion holiday. The view from the balcony across the bay and surrounding mountains is spectacular, the neighbourhood very peaceful and access to all we needed and wanted to do couldn’t have been easier. The villa has been superbly renovated with every comfort to make our stay feel exotic yet warm and welcoming. Thank you so much Eric. We would love to come back again soon!

Super séjour dans ce logement exceptionnel. L endroit est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Bertrand et Charlotte sont des supers hôtes et sont très accueillants. Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Giulio, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe, welche gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die zwei Balkone sind ein echtes Highlight und auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Chiara hatte viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen :)

Wir waren zu viert als Freundesgruppe im Haus von Doudou und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Ausblick, eine Möglichkeit zu grillen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und 3 Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist für große Menschen zwar etwas niedrig aber war auch vollkommen ok. Doudou ist eine großartige Gastgeberin und hat uns tolle Tipps rund um die Insel sowie köstliche selbstgemachte Speisen und Marmeladen gegeben! Sie war immer gut erreichbar da sie im Haus nebenan wohnt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Delia's appartement is a wonderful place. We loved the terrace with a great view over the sea and to the Harbour of Castelsardo. The little beach of Castelsardo is only a view steps away and you can reach by foot the castle and also supermarkets and stores with everything you need. A really lovely place to stay for vacation. We enjoyed the week there very much.

Francesco was very helpful and responsive. I booked the place last minute and he kindly accommodated my request, even allowing an early check-in. The apartment is cozy, peaceful, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!
