We could. It have wished for a more beautiful spot or villa to stay in for this family reunion holiday. The view from the balcony across the bay and surrounding mountains is spectacular, the neighbourhood very peaceful and access to all we needed and wanted to do couldn’t have been easier. The villa has been superbly renovated with every comfort to make our stay feel exotic yet warm and welcoming. Thank you so much Eric. We would love to come back again soon!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Chiara was super nice and welcoming. we loved that we had two terraces so we could choose between sun and shade.

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, and dinner on the shady terrace at sunset was a treat. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches in the vicinity. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German was also done. We highly recommend the place.

Modern, stylish and comfortable house, thoughtfully designed! Nice spaces to stay and enough furniture inside and outside. Spacious kitchen with cooking island and many amenities and inventory, all the possibilities to prepare your meals at home and enjoy with each other! In addition to the pool, a wooden terrace with sunbeds and a round table with chairs to sit outside. A garden with a beautiful rock as a prominent and special element and various shrubs and trees that provide plenty of privacy. That limits the view from the terrace, but from the great large rock in your own garden you can see far. Once on top of the rock, you'll have amazing views over the surroundings and the setting sun behind the mountains. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

If you are looking for a secluded, quiet place in the countryside with a beautiful view and the charm of a sheepfold renovated with taste and comfort, this is the right place! We liked the crossing of the field on arrival and the welcome of the chevres and the dog who took them to another meadow. Thank you to Astrid with whom we have communicated for his kindness.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Super nice quiet place in the middle of nature. The house is great, very clean and nicely furnished. It matched the photos and description. We had a great time and would come back.

Very good stay with Mari. The accommodation is very well located in the city which allows you to do a lot of things on foot. Functional accommodation can be a little noisy with the passage of cars.

Valentina is such a wonderful and communicative host. I really liked staying at her place, it was central and just a few steps away from the marina. There is a problem with humidity in the house (maybe only during the colder season, I’d assume that it’s better during summer) but there is AC and a radiator that can help regulate this issue.

We had a fantastic stay once again and it was definitively not the last time for us at this beautiful place.

We can only confirm the other reviews. Clean and comfortable apartment in a lovely place! Wonderful sunsets and beautiful beaches just a few minutes' walk or car. Émilie is a host who has made her home a place where you feel at home, well located, very pleasant, functional and a lot of taste in her decor, a little plus it stays cool even in hot weather. the village is close to the sites to visit, the locals are nice, the ice cream shop next door is extra and welcoming. we spent 15 days of real relaxation

We were at the property in early October, so off-season. Accordingly, it was quiet, which we found very good. The apartment is located in a large apartment complex, which is certainly more frequented during the high season. We chose the apartment because of the terrace with sea view, and the view is just great. In addition, it is only about 200 m to the beach. A small natural pool was created here, which makes swimming on the otherwise rocky coast a little easier. The hosts were super. Easy and friendly communication from the start. For the welcome there were even Sardinian specialties, which underlines the warmth of this very tastefully furnished apartment. Everything and everyone a super great experience for us.

Beautiful apartment with a nice big garden and lots of shade. Decorated with lots of attention to details. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Quiet at night. And mosquito nets, which is a rare find. Michael is an amazing host, very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!!
