Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Luca. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un excellent repos. Vous pourrez observer les quelques animaux qui se promènent librement dans le jardin. La piscine est un gros plus dans la chaleur du Sri Lanka. La maison est incroyablement propre et les gens qui y travaillent sont très gentils. Nimesh vous aidera avec toutes vos questions, vous pouvez le contacter à tout moment. Il nous a emmenés changer de l'argent, nous a montré où se trouvaient les meilleurs endroits pour dîner et a organisé toutes les excursions pour nous. Il s'est également occupé de notre voyage et est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport. Tout le long, nous avons pu profiter des merveilleux dîners préparés par Nirosha dont un excellent barbecue de fruits de mer. La maison est très bien placée : seulement à quelques pas de la plage et de tous les restaurants/boutiques. N’hésitez pas à réserver votre séjour au sein de cette maison, c’est un véritable petit paradis.

We had a fantastic 10-day break at this beautiful villa. The setting is amazing, overlooking the infinity of the Indian Ocean, with the calming sound of the crashing waves. The sea was too rough for a swim but the beach was perfect for a walk. The garden is lovely, the pool is a welcome escape from the heat and the house itself is spacious enough for everyone not to be in each other's way. We had so much fun during our stay - massages in the garden, wandering the neighbourhood and meeting the locals, visiting nearby beaches (Dickwella beach was our favourite, especially with young kids), safari, releasing baby turtles in the sea, boat trips, etc.... Last but certainly not least - the lovely staff. The hospitality offered by Suneetha, Ajith and Ari was truly special. They are all lovely and looked after us so well. Apart from the delicious food they prepared daily, they arranged our trips, transport, etc. It was hard to leave and tears were shed at the end. We'll be back, for sure!

Upul and his family are the nicest hosts. They helped out with everything we needed and made amazing breakfast and dinner for a reasonable price. It was much better than the near by restaurants. The location has a great pool and just a few minute walk from the beach. Our favourite beach was silent beach which is 5 minute by tuktuk. Be aware that Sri Lankan nature is around you so don’t be afraid of little insects. We’ve seen peacocks and iguanas in the garden. Overall we had a really good time.

highly recommend this place. very quiet and peaceful. comfortable accomodation. central location. the rooftop is a gorgeous spot. nisansala was a very responsive host. would definitely visit again.

Un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile! La villa è un angolo di paradiso: una piscina spettacolare immersa in un giardino curatissimo e rigoglioso, perfetti per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità. Gli spazi sono ampi, pulitissimi e ben tenuti, con un bagno comodo e raffinato dotato di due docce e due lavandini. Lo staff è stato impeccabile, e un ringraziamento speciale va al ragazzo più giovane: estremamente gentile, efficiente e anche un cuoco sorprendente! Ogni pasto è stato delizioso, ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa, con il lusso di uno chef privato. Un posto in cui tornare senza pensarci due volte. Non volevamo nemmeno uscire per andare in spiaggia 😋

This is a beautiful spacious property in a fabulous location with a sea view to die for. We were a little concerned as not many reviews, but this is often let as 2 homes together. Alexander was swift to respond and communicate this to us. Sam was always responsive and Dinesh was always on hand to look after us. The dogs are very friendly and absolutely no trouble at all. We already love this area in Sri Lanka, and loved it even more staying here.

Isuru was a vey polite and responsive hosts. Very willing to assist you with any issues you may come across! We had a lovely breakfast cooked by his mom :) also having an Aircon was absolutely amazing in this humidity! Thank you Isuru for your hospitality

We had a lovely stay at Ardeen Villa. Nihal was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything went smoothly. It's location is fantastic - on the most idyllic beautiful beach which we had pretty much to ourselves. The 3 bedroom house is lovely and spacious and includes a great garden space and pool. The house has everything you need including a very obliging team to look after us. A manager, cook, housekeeper/cleaner made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a few days r & r at Ardeen villa. We do plan to be back!

We really enjoyed it here. The communication before and during our stay was just perfect. Every question was answered directly and with very helpful advices. The villa is clean and spacious. The way up is a little bit difficult. But you will be right at a wonderful beach. And around the corner (10 minutes walk) you will find amazing restaurants. The kitchen was a little bit basic but okay. Some salt and herbs would have been nice. But everything else was just the way we hoped it would be. Thank you very much for everything! It was a great experience.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend! We were four adults staying here for 3 days and our time flew by. The property is located on a stunning, pristine beach. Aside from fishermen in the morning and a spattering of tourists, we had the beach to ourselves for most of the day. The property looks just like the photos - nice rooms and a swimming pool which the staff cleaned daily. A highlight of our stay was the home cooked food. We had fantastic Sri Lankan meals thanks to the villa's team. Only major complaint was the lack of outdoor umbrellas - we had to keep moving our lounge chairs to follow the shade from the trees throughout the day. Also we were able to enjoy swimming but note that the waves on this beach can be deceptively powerful - be careful if you have kids.

We hebben met ons gezin een fantastische tijd gehad in villa Salina. Het is echt een aanrader om in dit huis je vakantie te vieren. Iedereen stond voor ons klaar. We hebben fantastisch gegeten. Heerlijk gezwommen.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern (5, 6 und 9 Jahre alt) über eine Woche hier und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Highlight war der traumhaft schöne, fast menschenleere Strand direkt vor der Tür. Besonders wohlgefühlt haben wir uns dank Suresh und Ruhini, den herzlichen Gastgebern: Suresh organisierte alles rund um Ausflüge und Transport, Ruhini verwöhnte uns jeden Morgen mit einem leckeren Frühstück. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Bodyboarden, während wir das authentische Dorfleben und die Fischer am Strand beobachten konnten. Das Häuschen war sauber und charmant, wenn auch teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen – dafür waren wir mitten in der Natur: Affen im Garten, Fledermäuse am Abend, Glühwürmchen im Dunkeln. Für uns war es eine perfekte Mischung aus Abenteuer, Erholung und Echtheit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pavi, Bathi and their family and friends are the loveliest of people, always ready to help or offer advice when needed. Our apartment was situated on the 2nd floor and was lovely, bedroom and bathroom bare very large as is the kitchen diner, if there was anything you needed Pavi got it sorted asap, the grounds are immaculate and have a plethora of wildlife wandering the grounds, the use of the swimming pool was a great addition. Polhena itself is situated in a great spot for travelling out from and has a wonderful little beach(it does get busy at weekends). Shops are in walking distance as is the main town of Matara or a short fun tuk tuk ride. Colombo and other places are easily accessible via buses or train, both a fun way to travel. We will be back.

Une villa bien placée a deux pas de l'océan, avec une belle piscine et et une grande cuisine bien équipée pour ceux qui veulent se faire du bon poisson frais acheté au marché en revenant des très belles plages autour de Tangalle... nous avons adoré notre séjour...trop court... Car notre arrivée à Mirissa ( trop touristique) nous fait déjà regretter Tangalle.... Nous aurions dû séjourner plus longtemps chez Sergey, car en plus nous avons eu un excellent accueil de Suresh et son épouse 👍 Bref, nous recommandons fortement cet endroit 🙏. Par contre, si vous voulez découvrir les alentours, il vaut mieux être motorisé ( tuk tuk ou scooter)

It is a great villa. Is much better in real life than in photos. The location is amazing - right on the beach. You can see and hear ocean from the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was really amazed by the whole experience. I’d definitely go there again and probably for a longer period of time.

Lovely, quiet, tranquil and beautiful place. Situated right next to a huge beautiful mangrove lagoon which is amazing for kayaking. A 10minute walk from the best beach I saw whilst in Sri Lanka, very wide, sandy and clean, 2ith very few people on it and just a few bars. The water here is wonderful, soft waves and great for swimming. Not great for kids to swim in as there isn't much shallow water. The vibe at the accommodation is super chilled and informal and we were made to feel extremely welcome and at home. We would most definitely come back here, one of the highlights of our trip for sure. .

the best stay in Sri Lanka. if you want to feel the nature and power of the ocean you have to live here for a few days. the sound of the ocean was fantastic, the house was clean and equipped. the hosts were very nice and helpful, they even did the laundry! definitely 10/10

Lovely place in a great location. Slightly tricky to find for our driver but access is via another hotel entrance. There wasn’t any WiFi when we were there and in a bit of a signal black spot but still a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in ANB Surf View. MP is an excellent host, polite and helpful. He was there when ever we needed him.The property is extremely clean and well maintained.He had provided all the amenities required for our stay. Its very close to some excellent restaurants. I recommend this place.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Rics Haus, es ist großzügig geschnitten und hat eine hübsche Veranda zum Sterne anschauen

We had a wonderful stay at Sahan’s place - the location was perfect being a few minutes walk from Blue Beach on one side and Hiriketiya on the other with amazing restaurant/ seafood choices. Avisa was always on hand with great suggestions of what to do and he booked us lots of TukTuks and taxis, he was very helpful. He also served a great breakfast in the garden every morning. The only downside is that the living room part of the apartment became very hot, but the views to the sea from there were great.

The Namaskara Villa is pure heaven! Large and clean with very comfortable king size bed. Two toilets, spacious bathroom with hot shower and stars above your head was absolute dream. The kitchen is very well equiped for cooking, but we didn't cook at all, because we took advantage of possibility of having daily lunch and dinner from Malkanthí who is excellent chef! Malkanthí and Ruhunu took care of us not only with the dinners and lunches, they also did cleaning and shopping for us to keep our fridge full, because there is no supermarket nearby the villa. The garden is nice, full of wildlife and the ocean is just in front of the place. It is not so private as I expected, there were some fishermans nearby every day.
