Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

(Near the train) The 65 square meter garden apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed as well as a large living-dining room with a double bed on a platform. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the fridge to the toaster to the coffee maker. The bathroom features a rain shower and a separate bathtub. We had a wonderful time at Christina’s place. The flat is very cozy and nice for a small family getaway. The views from her garden are stunning. Only 5 mins drive is a small family friendly ski resort.

We loved the area and the views! The hosts were very kind and responsive. I’m giving 5 stars, but I just want to be fully transparent- it was very rustic. WiFi only worked in kitchen. We only had access to a few rooms and the rest were locked. It gets super dark at night inside the house. Pretty sure hosts went in one day while we were out- it was ok, but strange. Last- the area is great- beautiful views, peaceful- great for day trips. Grocery store nearby. Lots of positives! But be ready for 400 year rustic farmhouse.

We stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and absolutely loved it!! We felt right at home, the space was lovely and cosy, and we especially loved the kitchen and bathroom (with a bath)! A highlight was definitely the beautiful view of the mountains from the kitchen and living area, I could sit and look out the window for hours at the rain and shifting clouds. Annija, the co-host, was super friendly and welcoming from the first moment. She was proactive, helpful, very responsive to messages and a great communicator. Truly an amazing host! The apartment is also in a great location, close to the train station, supermarkets and shops. St Johann im Pongau was a great base for hiking and exploring the surrounding mountains, with hikes starting very close by. So grateful for such a wonderful and memorable stay here — we would love to be back!

We spent a few days as a family hiking in Mühlbach am Hochkönig. Hubert's place was just right for this stay. It was also great that Hubert was very easily accessible at all times and really struggles with the organizational process (directions via video, detailed operating instructions for electrical appliances in the accommodation, great accessibility, etc.)

Erich has created a piece of jewellery. We felt very comfortable. Technically up to the cutting edge. Everything in the cottage is very thoughtful, we didn't miss anything. Our stay took place in early March and we assumed that we rarely leave the cottage because you can really settle there. You can enjoy the fire with a glass of wine. We took tons of books with us... Exceptional, however, the weather was very, very nice and sunny. Unfortunately, the sun does not reach the Pointäusl at this time of year and we could not use the really magnificent outdoor area, which was a pity. We'll be back for sure - but in summer! Erich and his Pointhäusl deserve five stars plus!!!
