Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Reigate and Banstead District

I spent a month at John and James' place during my relocation. It was truly a home away from home. They clearly take pride in creating a welcoming experience. Everything was set up exactly how you want it at home. Their attention to detail throughout the space was truly impressive—from the thoughtful decor, the well-stocked amenities (loved the bean to cup one-touch coffee machine), motion sensor stair lights, to the welcome pack, every little touch made the stay extra special. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted experience!

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Fantastic stay at Jay and Aimee’s. Beautiful home in an amazing location. Aimee ensured we had everything we needed and even dropped off toys for our baby which was super kind. 5 minutes walk into Reigate. Love the view when walking home (cobbled street with Reigate hill in the background).

The Lodge, Sara's place, was the perfect place for our 5 day family visit. Prior to my arrival, Sara communicated with me warmly and promptly. Sara, thank you for your friendly greeting, and for accommodating our needs. The Lodge itself was cute, clean, bright and comfortable for the 5 of us, and had an expansive garden complete with patio furniture, a zipline and football goals. My grandsons LOVED being outdoors. I highly recommend staying at Sara's place, the Lodge. It truly felt like home away from home.

Overall exactly what we needed for our stay. A few minor issues that were all resolved by a very responsive host. Property in good condition although tired in places. Great value for money for the area Essential off street parking

Alison kept in touch and left a very generous welcome basket for us. The house was clean and welcoming. We had a comfortable stay in a great location.

On walking through the cheerful blue door into a very welcoming lounge, then through to the kitchen and dining area, the house is so beautifully presented. The lovely yard is perfect for sitting outside in the sun, and the garden is very well presented. The bedrooms are well appointed with a wardrobe in one and hangers on the wall in the other, and even a tv in each. A very comfortable bed with nice soft linen made for a good sleep. An ensuite in each bedroom is very much appreciated, with complimentary toiletries. The basement has a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with the laundry. Dorking is a delightful town, with plenty old style pubs. The two stations are within easy walking distance and have good connections to London. The nearby Denbies winery is worth a visit and makes a nice backdrop to the town. My sister and I had a lovely week here and were sorry to leave. We both highly recommend this house for a short or long stay.

I really enjoyed staying at Studio 15. The studio is spacious and nicely decorated. The instructions were very clear so it was easy to find and get in. The place was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. A coffee machine was a bonus. It was convenient when I was busy with work as it saved me time to walk to Croydon to get a coffee. Thank you very much Gary for a wonderful experience! I would be very happy to stay again.

What can I say? I stayed for the night as my children had an overnight stay with their Brownies nearby so I thought I’d treat myself to a little getaway I cannot fault my stay, it truly was a wonderful stay. My hosts were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. My accommodation was spotless! WiFi, Sky with the full package (I don’t even have the full package at my own home) NF & Prime Fridge was stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks & beers Breakfast stuff available also which was very kind of them 2 minutes walk from Tescos, there is also a big shopping centre which is about a 20 minute drive away I really felt at home here, I would 100% stay here again & would also recommend to my friends. The apartment was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and spacious - it had everything we needed! Justyna was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. The location was fantastic - it was an easy to get around from there with many bus routes and I had no problem taking my son to nursery as it was close by. The amenities were also top-notch. Having a really good washing machine was key for me as my kids make a lot of mess. My kids absolutely loved it, and it was a huge relief to have a comfortable and convenient spot for our family. Plus, it was so easy to relax and unwind in the space. And if we needed anything, Justyna was always just a message away - super easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. What really made it special was that my kids were able to unwind and have some much-needed space, especially since we're currently living with relatives and space has been tight. It was the perfect getaway for us, and we're so grateful for the break. I highly recommend.

I can’t thank John, Jackie and his team enough for their hospitality. This was the perfect place for me with an 11 month old. Very comfortable. There was a small issue with the hot water but it was addressed very promptly. I will definitely be staying here again!

Our second stay at Deborah's and even better than we remembered. There is everything you need and Deborah is very quick to respond to any questions. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kingston and 2 minutes to the Thames and parking on the drive is a real bonus. The bathroom is well equipped and the large bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The sitting room has a comfy settee and dining table. The flat is airy because of all the opening windows and has shutters and ceiling fans to keep it cool. I can thoroughly recommend.

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable. In a gorgeous location. The spot was easily walkable to restaurants, two places of interests and to local transportation as well as grocery and other shopping. Peter was extremely helpful, readily available. He and his lovely spot were a delight.

I had a great stay. The Loft is very cosy and clean. It is stylish and comfortable. It is in a good location with a great pub across the road and a grocery store nearby. Great bus links into Crawley. Sonia is a great host and excellent communicator. I recommend The Loft is you want to stay in Pease Pottage.
