On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

Silvana was very generous and set up the sofabed at no extra cost, for which I was extremely grateful. The barn is beautifully and tastefully converted with the latest appliances. I loved the wet room/shower! Everything was spotless. There was even a lovely outdoor table & chairs at the back of the property next to the buttercup meadow where her horse was grazing! It was all very lovely and also conveniently close to Glyndebourne, where we’d spent the afternoon. I would definitely stay again and totally recommend! 🤩

What a lovely place to spend a couple of nights. We travelled quite a distance to visit the Knepp Estate re-wilding project and this was the perfect base. Thoughtful extras and the resident alpacas made it a memorable visit. We would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Susie is a great host and was so helpful to us with check in. The guest house is very peaceful, lovely quiet situation at end of private drive. Guest house has all that you need for a stay. Comfortable bed and we slept really well both nights. Can recommend The Deers Hut pub for better than average pub food about a mile away. Thanks very much and if we have another event to attend in the area we'll be back!

We had a lovely stay in beautiful surroundings. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is very near to lots of nice places to visit: Scotney Castle, Batemans, Bewl Water and Bedgbury Pinetum.

We had a wonderful time in this cute and cosy cottage. It is a hiddem gem! Perfectly located for trips and walks in the area and very easy, nearby train transport for a visit to London. The cottage itself is away from all the rumour and crowds, so a perfect place to relax. We very much enjoyed Hilary's kindness and hospitality. So of course we recommend this place!

Stephanie's place is as described. Nice and spacious and even though it was very sunny, the place didn't get too warm. It's a bit of a walk to the station and does take some time to get to central London, but the street is nice and very quiet (also at night). And the shower is great!

Better thank expected, perfect in every way!! Will be returning!😊

We were a party of 4 adults and our little dog. The lodge was clean, tidy and very well equipped making our short stay very comfortable. There are numerous pubs and restaurants with in easy walking distance. If you did fancy a day out on the train the station is only a few hundred yards away. Sarah’s communication was excellent before our stay and she was very welcoming when we arrived.

I stayed at Gemma and Adam’s airbnb whilst down in West Sussex for work. It was the perfect base which I felt right at home at. Gemma and Adam had left a list of local recommendations - places to eat, things to do etc - which was so helpful. The space was bright, cosy & clean. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever visiting the area again.

Perfect hosts! Just what we needed for 4 days in London. Bed was comfortable, everything worked well, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Andreas & Kozan responded brilliantly when we had a little issue. They were extremely positive and keen to look after us as well as they could. Many thanks!

Absolutely loved our stay! In the area for a local wedding and it was perfection. Andrew could have not been more accomidating or welcoming. From greeting us on arrival, to the wonderful breakfast options for our vegetarian diet, to even toys for our little one to play with. And that shower was heaven! If we ever need to be in area again we would 100% book again. Thank you so much

We visited for a birthday trip to the surrounding vineyards (Wiston & Kinsbrook) - Christopher was super responsive and friendly and even accommodated an early check in to support our lunch/tasting! The air bnb is as pictured in a nice, peaceful location surrounded by the countryside (our ideal). The host also provided a guest book with great recommendations for local breakfasts etc. As someone from Sussex, it's a great base to explore the local countryside, South Downs and numerous vineyards!

It was lovely to be welcomed by both Elizabeth and her very friendly labradoodle. The area is very quiet and the accommodation overlooks Elizabeth's beautiful garden. The kitchen is delightful,(we loved the cat and dog mugs) , and it is very well equipped. The bathroom was sparkling and the bedroom spacious and comfortable . We definitely hope to visit again.

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.

This was definitely one of the better airbnbs that we have stayed in. Very comfortable annexe completely separate to main bungalow with its own garden. Totally quiet location and only a short walk to the beautiful coastline. Recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Gillian's place. Gillian was very welcoming and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending at the Royal Berkshire hotel. Highly recommend, very convenient close to London.

The place was a perfect find offering safe off street parking with the studio being private and in a quiet location. I contacted the host prior to booking and their response was almost immediate. The space was clean and tidy and had everything you would need. Would highly recommend

Hillary was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed visiting with her. She was helpful with instructing us on our future train travels. Her gardens are lovely. The area is walkable and pristine and very close to the castle and the long walk. We highly recommend.

A lovely home away from home for 2 days. Joanna was responsive and friendly. The place had everything we needed and the location was great. We would definitely stay again! :)

Peaceful setting private accommodation clean comfortable spacious. Off road parking but regular buses to surrounding area ,food outlets and shops 10 minute walk. Claire has thought of everything you might need to stock the kitchenette plus tea coffee biscuits milk and cereal available on arrival. Great value for money.
