Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Reichenbach im Kandertal

I'm happy to have discovered this quiet oasis in the Vallamand vineyards. Naomi and Romain were there when I needed them but left enough privacy even though they live in the same house. The interaction was very pleasant. The studio is a perfect place for singles with a need for peace and quiet as well as for couples to experience a change of scenery while enjoying the most beautiful view of Lake Murten and the vineyard landscape. The patio is like in another world, the decor is simple but very atmospheric. A Denner is easily accessible nearby via a walk. I would love to come back another time because I feel like I'm born again after the stay. Thank you Naomi and Romain for the wonderful stay!

Very nice and clean place, with everything you need for a confortable stay in a wonderful location. Lovely views. Hosts are helpful and always ready to support. The access is steep and narrow, to be done on foot, though it is well described in the publication so you know about it before booking, no surprises. I defintetly recommend it and would love to go again soon.

This time we are a few Chinese people from different countries who came here. The landlord wants to say that the location is perfect, the surrounding scenery and human culture, including the landlord himself, are all very perfect. My favorite country is Switzerland. It's perfect.

We absolutely loved this place! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was beautiful and quiet, just a few minutes walk to the lake. It was easy to drive to interlaken and surrounding areas with lots to do. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent 3 nights here and we had a great time. Location is very calm and quiet, it's perfect to reach the most popular places in the region. The surrounding is very nice, you are close to the nature. In the house we had everything we needed, kitchen is very well equipped, beds are good, we could sleep well. Communication with Simone was perfect. It's good to know that the bathroom is downstairs in the basement, for us it was not a big problem. After all we could get a taste of life in the Swiss countryside.

It was a really beautiful house. Very close to Interlaken Ost train station, Coop super market and restaurants. It's in the quiet and charming part of the town. The outside sitting area in the backyard was my favourite. The hosts are very thoughtful. The place had everything one can need during the stay. It was a perfect stay. Will surely want to return.

We loooooved this place and would totally come back. It was perfect for exploring the local area (we had a rental car) and was incredibly peaceful. Comfy, clean, and was the perfect introduction to Switzerland.

Jenny’s home in Lauterbrunnen is a truly magical place. The home felt warm and inviting and we settled in right away. The location cannot be beat! The views are spectacular and our children adored playing in the stream right behind the house. It’s very easy to catch the bus into town for groceries or to head out on adventures in the area. This has to be one of our favorite airbnbs ever and we have stayed in a lot. We would definitely return and would recommend to friends and family. Jenny was such a kind and attentive host and check in and out was very smooth with her clear instructions and directions to the home. Thank you so much for sharing this incredible home with us Jenny. We were all so sad to leave and we made such wonderful memories there as a family. Cheers!

Stephen & Olga’s place was great. Absolutely beautiful area and easy to find. They gave clear instructions. Even though we ran into some problems, they were VERY quick to respond and fix any and all issues we had. 100% recommend their place. They were very thoughtful that even though we didn’t request for any toddler crib they had everything our toddler would need including some toys which she absolutely loved. Thank you Stephen & Olga!

The cottage in Switzerland convinces with its fantastic location in the mountains and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. A perfect place for rest and enjoyment of nature!

This cabin exceeded our expectations!! Surrounded by beautiful landscapes in the middle of mountains, meadows, river and a spectacular view, just looking out the window is like having a painting in front of us. In addition, the cabin is equipped with everything needed for 4 people, a beautiful kitchen, dining room, living room, comfortable bathroom... The location was perfect, as we wanted a place nestled in the mountains to be at an intermediate point (not so close or so far, we went by car) of our places of interest, such as Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald... We also spent a day and we went up that same road by car, we left it at a point and walked along a marked road to climb the mountain and touch the snow, it was a wonderful experience. If you don't have your own car, buses also pass near the house, you can ask for schedules. Nicolai was always attentive to messages and Rosa, her mother, a spectacular woman, marked our 100% ❤️ Recommendation

It was my second visit to Switzerland, and everything was perfect. It was a satisfying accommodation!!💯 The location was a village about 20 minutes from Interlaken, but I really recommend it for those who are traveling by rental car. Most tourist attractions can be reached within 30-40 minutes. There were grocery stores like Coop and Migros in the village, so it was easy to shop, and especially since the village was so beautiful, it was really nice to just walk around the village without having to go far. The host was also very kind, so he kept paying attention to see if there was anything uncomfortable, and he also gave us welcome wine.👍🏼 My mom, my husband, and I stayed with 3 people, but the bed was comfortable (the living room sofa bed was large and comfortable), so I slept well, and the living room and kitchen were both spacious, so it was comfortable to live. Especially the bathroom!!! European bathrooms are often uncomfortable because they are small, but this place is really spacious,😊 and they even specially installed a bidet for Asians, so it was a perfect place for these delicate parts.❣️ There was a washing machine and a dryer, so I was able to do laundry, and there was a dishwasher, so I was able to do the dishes comfortably. The scenery seen through the window was also really nice, and thankfully, the weather was clear throughout the Swiss schedule, so all the scenes seen through the window were like pictures. At night, the stars are so visible in the yard that I recommend going out at dawn for a day to see the stars. You can see the✨ Milky Way! Thanks to the great accommodation, I think my trip to Switzerland will be a better memory. Thank you!

The stay at René's apartment was very pleasant. The apartment is very personally furnished. You feel right at home. It was also good that you could use coffee maker and spices. He always responded to our messages and was very kind. The view from the living room and from the conservatory was very nice!

Good location, close to everything with a beautiful Mountain View. Had everything we needed in the apartment and a store within walking distance.

We had been looking for a modern apartment for our vacation on Lake Lucerne for a long time and then came across Roshan's great Scandinavian furnished, bright and friendly apartment. We felt very comfortable from the beginning, everything you need is there - compact, high-quality and cozy. Mattress is excellent, we slept super well. The roof terrace is beautifully situated towards the forest hill and you can hear a lot of nature. That's really great. The roof at the back protects from the noise of the road and railway tracks by the lake. The communication was exemplary and super friendly! You can quickly walk to the lake, boat, train and in the village with a bakery, butcher and Lidl. Logistically top location! We highly recommend the apartment and will gladly come back ourselves.

Loved this condo. It was spotless, easy to find and the location was excellent. It was not in the middle of town with the crowds, yet easily walkable. Loved the peace and quiet and the views were amazing. A view of Staubbach falls right in front of the kitchen windows and at night the falls are lit up and look magical. The snow capped Mountain View’s of Breithorn mountain from the deck and literally from the sofa as you are watching tv, were awe inspiring. Comfy furniture and bed and a well equipped kitchen. Lisa was great with recommendations and super responsive.

Andrea's Airbnb was a nice 3-night stay for me in the middle of a much longer trip. I needed a place to decompress, do laundry, and recover from international flights and jetlag. Andrea's condo in Spiez was a spacious and convenient choice. The condo is a short walk from the picturesque town and the train station, and the neighborhood was very quiet while I was there. I agree with the suggestion to take the bus up the hill from the train station to the stop near the condo if you are carrying luggage or groceries. I also agree with reviewers that mentioned the lack of a microwave, which was OK for a short stay but I would miss if I rented for a longer time. The grocery store is near the train station and walkable. I will caution that almost everything in town is closed on Sunday, so if you arrive on a Saturday then pick up enough groceries to tide you over to Monday. There's a small convenience store at the train station if you have to buy on Sunday. I would stay here again.

Heidi’s place was amazing. Beautiful views, comfortable beds & she was thoughtful and left toys for our baby. She was a great host! Very safe and amazing area to stay in. We spent every night and morning on the beautiful balcony.

Rudolf was friendly, personable, helpful and attentive. I highly recommend staying here for the incredible scenery and truly unforgettable experience.
