(Queen size bed,sofabed), can squeeze 5th on lounge chair. 50" Smart TV, private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, induction cooktop and laundry. My basement is dry and lots of sunlight.

In winter, an outdoor ice rink (skates provided), cross-country ski trails, and lots of walking to be had. We decorate for the holidays, and the house has a real wood burning fireplace. **note quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00AM
