From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They were waiting for me the moment I walked into this beautiful cobblestone street where the apartment is located. They have a nice binder that has all the information that you will need to make your stay a blessing one. If you reach out, they will recommend the best way to plan to your activities. I came here for this amazing concert and I couldn’t be happier that I booked Paola’s place. This will be my go to place next time I am back In Parma, hopefully next year! We have had an amazing stay with Stefania and would come back any time! The apartment is great, really nicely decorated and well-equipped. The home cinema is really fun in the evenings. Stefania is a great host, very kind and helpful with anything! It was amazing!

We stayed at Francesca's for 2 nights, the accommodation was exactly as in the photos and as described, located in a very central location and reached easily and with flexible hours thanks to the self check in. Francesca was very helpful with her valuable advice. For a visit to Correggio, I would absolutely recommend staying at the Teatro Inn!

A very nice stay at Nora's! Everything was a great fit. Nora is a very charming and lovely hostess. Their valuable tips are helpful! Quiet environment. . . And the area can be explored excellently via great bike paths (Lake Garda, Borghetto, Mantua . . .).

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Very clean & homely apartment. Alfredo was super helpful & responded very quickly. Fridge had bottles of water, yoghurts, drinks & on the side there were also extra snacks which was really nice. Only tiny downside was the walk home at night back to the apartment as it wasn’t well lit & there was a group of young men lingering outside the steps by the door. Obviously totally out of Alfredo’s control but just to note for solo travellers especially female as it made us quite anxious. Once again the apartment was lovely and we would still recommended- thanks Alfredo!

We had a great time at Nicolle’s place. An easy walk from the train station got us to a very pleasant neighborhood. Entry to the building was straightforward and we were soon in the apartment. Clean, spacious and airy. We went out for lunch nearby, and then settled in. We enjoyed our time in Parma, took a bike tour of a cheese factory, and visited a friend an hour away in Bologna for an afternoon. We have added Parma to our list of favorite places in Italy, and hope to return next year. We will definitely stay at Nicolle’s place again. Grazie!

We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

Absolutely beautiful apartment , not far from anything . The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay . Great transport links for the station . A very short distance to walk to the centre of Bologna with its May bars and restaurants . Allessandra as a host is very responsive and friendly . Thank you for a great stay .

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try

Beautiful apartment, a short distance from Parma, in a very quiet countryside area with private parking. The accommodation offers all the comforts and necessities for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly and available. Definitely recommended!

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
