Host consigliatissimo. Simona una persona gentile e accogliente. La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. Un alloggio accogliente e complimenti per l'impeccabile pulizia e ordine a cui io tengo molto. Ringrazio inoltre Simona per i consigli su dove poter andare a mangiare dove abbiamo trovato persone cordiali e la pizza che abbiamo mangiato era davvero squisita. Consigliatissimo tutto.

Appartement spectaculaire ! Spacieux et confortable. Literie très soignée. Sebastiano est très réactif et communique de manière amicale. Séjour vraiment très agréable !

The place is near highway. It was recently renovated. The availability of the parking space is a plus.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They were waiting for me the moment I walked into this beautiful cobblestone street where the apartment is located. They have a nice binder that has all the information that you will need to make your stay a blessing one. If you reach out, they will recommend the best way to plan to your activities. I came here for this amazing concert and I couldn’t be happier that I booked Paola’s place. This will be my go to place next time I am back In Parma, hopefully next year! Abbiamo soggiornato da Francesca per 2 notti, l’alloggio era esattamente come in foto e come descritto, situato in una posizione centralissima e raggiunto in modo semplice e con orario flessibile grazie al self check in. Francesca ci è stata molto utile con i suoi preziosi consigli. Per una visita a Correggio consiglierei assolutamente di soggiornare al Teatro Inn!

Muy buen alojamiento en un barrio muy tranquilo. Fácil acceso a transporte público. Supermercado muy cerca.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

Mi sono trovato molto bene l appartamento è conforme alla descrizione, non mancava nulla. Tutto nuovo e ben curato, pulizia perfetta e dotazioni impeccabili. Quando sono arrivato, in strada c'era un po di movida notturna, temevo di sentire rumori in camera, ma l'appartamento è isolato molto bene ed ho dormito molto bene. L'host é stato molto gentile e reattivo, mi ha fornito tutte le istruzioni per accedere in autonomia, mi sono trovato molto bene. Una chicca non da poco, è la colazione convenzionata con keik, piccolo "bar" a tema che si trova sotto al palazzo dell'appartamento, fantastico

Tutto perfetto! L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto: pulito, accogliente e ben attrezzato. La posizione è ottima e il check-in è stato molto semplice. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile. Esperienza davvero positiva, consigliatissimo!

Amazing hosts!!! Extremely responsive and gave us great restaurant suggestions, 2 of them right below the apartment. They also offered us a free night of parking only a block away and very useful travel tips. Location is only a 10 min easy walk to the local market where you can also buy local balsamic vinegar, which is a MUST! It is only a 30 min drive to Ferrari and Lamborghini museums. We are 3 adults and 1 teenager and all slept great and had enough room. Highly recommend!

L’appartement est atypique et agréable situé dans un quartier calme au pied du lac inférieur à 15 minutes à pied de la place Sordello. Nunzio a été réactif pour une arrivée un dimanche fin d’après-midi et très réactif pour régler un petit problème d’internet. Merci à Nunzio

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Die perfekte Unterkunft um Parma zu entdecken. Sie liegt perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und gleichzeitig schön ruhig. Ein süßes Café direkt vor der Haustür - ein paar Häuser weiter eine tolle Trattoria. Dazu super schön eingerichtet - in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht um sich auch daheim (ja, daheim 😁) etwas zu zaubern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - für uns gibt es ab sofort in Parma nur noch eine Unterkunft. :)

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

Bell'appartamento, a poca distanza da Parma, in un area di campagna molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato. L'alloggio offre tutte le comodità e necessità per un confortevole soggiorno. L'host è gentile e disponibile. Raccomandato sicuramente!

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
