Beachfront holiday rentals in Reeds Bay

My partner and I stayed for a week in Jess’s apartment, whilst I surfed and remote worked from the UK and close to my partners home in Oistins. Jess’s cosy apartment was just what we were looking for, private, quiet, comfortable and with lots of outside living space. The breeze blows through all the open shutters making it nice and cool and we enjoyed dinners in the garden and afternoon naps in the hammock. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Freights Bay to surf and 20 minute walk to Miami Beach and Oistins for the shops and places to eat. Jess was the highlight of the trip giving us loads of great recommendations and an all round great host and person. We will definitely be keeping in touch and saying again!

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

As a first time traveller to Barbados, Tonia was the best host and made our stay memorable. She was quick to help out with our needs and also suggest the best spots to visit. Thanks Tonia!

My husband and I fell in love about 8 years ago with Barbados and this was our 8th visit to Barbados. We booked this villa about 3 days prior to our arrival, and were impressed with the quick communication and very easy self check in. The villa is beautiful, nice and white and bright. The beds were very comfortable and it was spotless. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels! It was lovely sitting on the deck watching the surfers, we felt safe and happy in the Freights Bay Area with a quick walk to Miami Beach, the location of this villa was convenient and within walking distance to the fish market and Masseys grocery store! A lovely villa in deed and another wonderful vacation in Barbados.

Salty toes is unbelievable!, and it's a must visit! From the cleanliness of the house itself to the sandy beach coming right up to the outdoor seating area, simply amazing! It's one of those places that's quiet and off the main street but it has everything on its doorstep! lovely bars, restaurants, food courts, lovely boardwalks etc it has it all.. the house was spotless, fully stocked with everything you could imagine. Big cooker, big fridge freezer/ washing/ dryer facilities. Salty toes has ample space for families. Two big seating areas inside for eating at, and then the outdoor area just has to be seen! Amazing! All 3 bedrooms were huge, crisp clean linen and all beds with memory foam mattresses! We'll definitely be back to Salty Toes, home away from home. I'd be giving this place 20/10! Great place overall! The unit itself is roomy, recent and clean. The location couldn’t be better; on The Gap, but not right in the bars section so it was quiet at night but you just had to walk 5 minutes to get to the action. Great host and his co-hosts were great as well. My wife and I really enjoyed our time and will be looking to come back with our daughters!

Zeema and Paul have been extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. They gave us so many recomendations and tips to help us have the best few days of holiday. They had a last minute cancellation in one of the better studios and they upgraded our room free of charge. Great hosts, would definetely recommend and would come back!

We had an incredible experience at the Sapphire Beach Condo in Barbados! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket with a bottle of rum punch and local snacks. We were also greeted by a beautiful ocean view. The condo had everything we could possibly need. It was stocked better than most homes! There were so many thoughtful touches, like a fully stocked laundry room, good quality hair dryer, Bluetooth speaker and Alexa. We rented a car from across the street which was very convenience but if you need a taxis we recommend Anderson who is across from the property. We used him to go to the airport. My son realized he left his expensive camera in the car rental. We called Anderson and he retrieved the camera for us. That kind of kindness and reliability is rare. We were beyond grateful. All in all, this was a great vacation rental. The attention to detail, hospitality, and thoughtful extras made our trip unforgetable. We highly recommend Sapphire Beach Condo.

My group had such a great stay here at our first time in Barbados. The condo was spacious, clean and had nice touches like a coffee maker, laundry, smart tv, and rainfall showers. The beach access was great, and the infinity pool on the roof was lovely. The staff in the building overall were nice and helpful. The listing pictures match the condo, and we would definitely stay here again.

This listing was great. Perfectly located near to restaurants and groceries. An ideal central location in my opinion and we felt safe as the compound is gated. Our luggage was lost but the list had a wash/dryer with detergent so we could keep our clothes clean until our luggage was returned to us. An overall great stay and I would recommend.

We really loved our stay here. The apartment is fully equipped with absolutely everything you would need and more. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all fitted out to the highest standard. It was ideally located for us with a 5 minute walk to Mullins beach and local bars/restaurants. A 10 minute stroll into Speightstown and a 15 drive/bus into Holetown. We would definitely recommend and will definitely return

Our stay at Zinnia was great. Spent alot of time at Paynes beach which we loved. Katrina’s condo matches description and most affordable. Lovely little pool and sitting area. Bikini beach had good food , nice little beach and really nice vibe.

Just got back from a girls getaway and loved every second of our stay at Imagine Villa! The location is perfect, you’re a quick walk to the beach and La Cabane as well as many other things in the area. The bus stop is right outside the villa (take it, you won’t be disappointed!) there were 8 of us, lots of room for everyone, the rooms were perfect, each room has a bathroom and the pool in the back is good for a little dip. Everyone was so responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything, or had a question or request. I will absolutely go back, the Villa is perfect and you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely perfect, could not wish for any better. Wonderful apartment, even better than expected. Location through the gate on to the most perfect beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very spacious for 2 people. Nicely decorated and the patio and garden was lovely. Pat who we picked the key up from was very lovely and so helpful. We have just had a wonderful time and would love to come back. It was perfect for us and nothing I would want to change - I just hope there is availability when we want to come back!

Stunning apartment, with ocean views from every room. Amazing layout for 2 couples, with basically 2 suites. Unbeatable st Lawrence gap location and lovely host. Plus a little pool, just as cool as you didn't know you needed! Many thanks for have us. It was wonderful, a dream vacation.

Beautiful place in a gorgeous location! The host is responsive and welcoming, and provides very helpful information on the location and complex that’s readily available inside the unit. The place is extremely clean with all the things that one might need during your stay, including dishes, towels, pots/pans, etc.; all of these things are a good quality and a great condition. I highly recommend this place and Lisa as a host!

My sister and I enjoyed our first visit to Barbados and staying at tucked away! The apartment is located really close to Rascals (Brandon beach) which is an amazing beach. The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed being able to cook at times. The grocery store is in walking distance (5mins walk). I really like how helpful and responsive Ian was. We will definitely stay here again. One thing to note that in the community they have kites flying all night. My sister was startled awake by the kites the first night. The kites didn’t bother me though. Definitely loved it.

LOCATION! This location is absolutely perfect. Being right on the beach offers stunning views. We unfortunately had a lot of seaweed (as did a lot of the island). But a quick trip on the ZR (bus) and we were at Carlisle bay with clear beaches and blue water. You are within walking distance to TONS of lovely bars and restaurants. We didn’t find renting a car necessary with everything so close by ZR or walking. Phil and Tina were very responsive hosts and rectified any issues that came up. The location alone is the reason to book!

We loved staying at the Edverly Beach House in Bathsheba. It was exactly what we expected from the description and the photos. It is perfectly situated overlooking the ocean and we had additional (unexpected!) We Gatherin' Festival on our doorstep, fantastic cultural experience. We particularly loved the veranda for the views as well as for the very welcome breeze. The kitchen was adequately furnished and we enjoyed working out how to use the oven - start with setting the clock! We stayed in Bathsheba before so we knew what to expect in terms of scenery and the coastline. The local community is extremely welcoming and friendly and thanks to the regulars at The Sea View Bar we are now deeply committed to playing Dominos (kindly gifted to us by the landlady but you can buy them at North Point Animal Flower Cave stalls). Edmund was an excellent host and we also enjoyed Freddie the gardener's chat. We hope the beach house is available when we decide to stay in Bathsheba again.

Just had a fantastic stay at Sea Rock's! Barbara and Todd are amazingly helpful and accommodating hosts. We realized that we needed a rental car after we arrived and they arranged this immediately within the hour; the rental car delivered right to our door, fueled and ready to go. Every detail in the appartment was thoroughly thought out to make our stay perfectly comfortable. Will definitely be back to stay with Barbara and Todd!

Our stay at Villa 403 was absolutely wonderful. From the communication before we arrived with Sandy, the warm welcome and early check-in with Dawn we were made to feel very welcome. VotB is ideally located, beaches are stunning and quiet during our stay. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. We loved the local restaurants; check out Zacchio's next door, and the 'Life is Sweet' Dessert bar across the road. Activities available to book from Holetown beach if you want them; we enjoyed a boat trip with snorkelling stops where we swam with turtles & stingray. The vendors are not pushy and we felt very safe and welcomed by them. Of course, the highlight of our sty was Coral! the listing does not make it clear that Villa 403 has the most marvellous housekeeper, Coral, who will make your stay magical! nothing was too much trouble for her- she washed our laundry (which smelled amazing!),shopped & cooked amazing Bajan food. We loved our stay and would rebook without question

What can I say, Kerry & Nathan were super hosts. Greeted me on arrival at their wonderful Airb&b. Very friendly and made me feel at home straight away. A wonderful hamper of food awaited us to tie us over for breakfast the next morning and beyond. Their home is spotless and Sasha the cleaning lady came twice a week to change bed linen and general cleaning. Location is exactly what we were looking for. Only 5-7 minutes walk to Oistins (lively in the evenings) but far enough away to have peace and quiet and watch the wonderful sunset in the evenings. 15 minutes drive from the airport. Kerry & Nathan keep up your fantastic work. You are a credit to the Airb&b industry. Thanks again for a memorable stay. Martin 🇮🇪

The Sandbox studio was the perfect vacation accommodation. The place was clean, the kitchen was well supplied, the bed was big and comfortable, and we're super glad there was a washer and drier. It's the perfect size for a couple or small family. The outdoor property is beautiful, with flowers and a lot of outdoor seating options. The place also come with access to kayaks, goggles, life jackets and more. And the best part, you are right on the beautiful Brighton Beach!! The waves are calm enough to swim and it is very quiet. Stephanie was a wonderful host. Very easy to get in touch with her, and helpful with any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location was perfect for our taste, quiet but just enough restaurants and a grocery store a 10 minute walk away. We hgihly recommend K's Rotis. We did not rent a car and found it easy to catch buses and ZR vans on the main highway. We plan to always stay here whenever we are in Barbados!!
