Loved this place! Nice decor & furnishings in a very cool neighborhood. It was perfect for our family of 4 & 2 dogs. Ryan was an awesome host! ❤️

Beautiful deck out back that allowed the grandparents to enjoy the outside.

Marissa’s place was wonderful for staying in and had a good work space. It had easy parking. The kitchen was stocked with tools and very basic spices and a little oil. The couch was comfortable and a nice big dining room table. The house was pretty light filled and the swing out back was nice.

Had a great stay at the pink house. Felt right at home and was a great home base for our activities in the area. thankful we could bring our dog and let her hang out with Julia's great pups!

Cassandra’s place is cute, quiet and close to all the restaurants and shops of Fruita. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her place! The bed is comfy which was such a treat after a fun filled day of mountain biking and hiking and yoga!

We always love to stay in Fruita when visiting family. Cameron’s home was perfect. It was peaceful, clean and had every amenity you would need. Our dogs also loved the big, fenced in yard to get out their energy after a long road trip. We also ended up getting into town a little earlier than we planned and Cameron was very accommodating in letting us check in a bit early. Highly recommend this home for your stay if you’re in Fruita.

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

We really only have one regret: we didn't stay longer. A beautiful, self-contained casita in the countryside of Western Colorado, which provided us with a deeper appreciation of what this area has to offer. Now we understand. Warm and friendly hosts. Great communication. Immaculate accomodations. Will be hard-pressed to ever pass through Fruita without planning to stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the farm. My boys loved the farm animals and Cindy’s sweet dog. Cindy and her husband were so kind and their place is beautiful.

Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

The Airbnb had great snacks and wine which we enjoyed. Additionally, they had great games to play which we enjoyed every night. Great views and isolated enough where quietness and peacefulness were a part of every day!

I enjoyed my stay in the tiny house very much! Check-in was super flexible, the house was amazing and especially the location directly on Colorado River is a treat. The house has everything one could need, and the common areas are well equipped. The laundry machines were super useful for me. I can highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved the home and property- very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub every day and the large fire pit. We enjoyed lunch at Mesa Lakes Lodge and hiking around the many lakes. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and helping us celebrate our anniversary!

Really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivos in grand Junction, beautiful surroundings and the farm animals were a nice bonus. Enjoyed visiting with the owners as they were busy baling and stacking hay for their animals, very friendly people. Definitely recommend staying here, very nice area.

This house was the perfect location for our weekend in Gand Junction. .This is a clean, comfortable older home with lots of charm in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing in the back yard watching and listening to all the birds. House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
