House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house by the lake, my personal lifelong dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism, in the middle of the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Everything in and around the house is very spacious for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire pits, a sauna, a private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, a rowboat, a SUP board and the garden shed ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... that way it's more fun for all of us. At „Gut Schloss Lichtengraben“ you will find a fisch shop and the "Fischeria" - open every Friday.

The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
