Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

We really enjoyed the house. Daniela stayed connected with us and answered our questions. Paola welcomed us and gave us detailed instructions and recommendations. We are very happy with the stay, the house, the hosts and the perfect area!

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafés and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with a radiant heater and a heat blanket for the cold months. We had a great time. Thank you Mauricio!

Accommodation that delivers what it promises, excellent location and easy access. It has multiple restaurants nearby and the subway is just a few steps away. Access is extremely convenient through a smart lock, I would definitely return.

This is probably my 4th visit to Claudio's place. It's a gem in my book. I feel like I'm at home there. The building is friendly. The place is always immaculate. The bed is comfy, the tv's are great and the view is spectacular. I enjoy having a glass of wine on the balcony with a great view of the city. Lot's of great restaurants and an easy walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend this apartment! Thanks Claudio for another wonderful stay!

Beautiful apartment as shown in the photos. Unbeatable area, I would definitely choose it again. Valentina and Abraham were very attentive and received our bags, which made it much easier for us to start touring the first day.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

I loved the stay! The apartment was impeccable, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Lots of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway station and under the building itself there is a grocery store that works until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will definitely rent again when I return to Chile!

Very good space, the apartment is well arranged and its view is amazing, the receptionists are very polite, the garbage disposal system is very simple and the location is close to markets such as Jumbo and Tottus, in addition to being close to the Cerro Blanco station. I would easily stay again.

great apartment, spacious enough, with all the necessary resources available, including a very complete kitchen and washing machine (on the ground floor of the condominium). the space looked better than the glimpsed by the listing. The location is perfect, on the border between the most interesting neighborhoods of the city, with walking access to diverse cultural attractions such as museums, parks, restaurants, bars, cafes. The Valentine host is very attentive, always responding promptly to the demands of guests, coming to help with the tourist schedule. hope I can stay here again when I return to santiago.

Excellent location, a very good view. It is next to a highway and you can hear the noise of traffic, it is the only unpleasant detail. But the price-quality ratio is fantastic
