The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

The SQUARE 16 Apartment is located at the Main Square of Szombathely, with a direct exit and a view of the square. The independent, spacious apartment has 2 large rooms with separate entrances, a gallery, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a nice little terrace overlooking the square. A King size bed in the separate bedroom, an additional double bed in the gallery and a convertible sofa in the living room allow up to 5 people to be comfortably accommodated.

Idyllic wine cellar

Our rustic wine cellar is located at the foot of the Geschriebenstein in the middle of the wine idyll Rechnitz. It has been around for more than a century, is in top condition, convinces with its quiet charisma, invites you to relax from everyday life and is only suitable for fit people, as the upper floor is accessible with an extendable staircase. No neighbors, no Wi-Fi but electricity, running water and cell phone reception. Getting up with the deer and rabbits is not uncommon.

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.
