nice and spacious house in a nice rural village. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a very comfortable living room, a small inner courtyard, and a terrace with ocean and mountain views. In the living room, there is a stove that gives the house a warm and very cozy touch. In the house's surroundings there are several shops and a supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop. The house has a direct internet line ideal for remote work or video conferencing and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.<br><br>All homes have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a balcony or terrace with unforgettable views.

We lived in this apartment for three months and highly recommend it. The host was very accommodating and even provided us with an additional workspace and a heater, for which we are truly grateful. The key advantages of this apartment include: • A spacious, modern design • A top-floor location • Close proximity to shops and cafes • Excellent high-speed internet (600 Mbps) Our stay was very comfortable, and we would definitely recommend this place.

The flat is absolutely stunning, the view is gorgeous and a lovely way to unwind on holiday. It had all of the basic amenities that we required for our stay. It's a very calm neighbourhood and very quiet in the flat. If you are visiting the North part of the island, it's conveniently located and not too far from all of the main sights. However, you really require a vehicule to get around and there aren't a lot of shops/restaurants nearby (on foot), better to drive to Puerto de la Cruz which is nearby. I highly recommend this flat, everything was very comfortable and perfect for our stay! Thank you again ☺️
