We had an amazing time being there!

The experience can be described as "visiting theclosest relatives". Alex and Radi are more than hosts, they are friends, family. You feel cared for there, like home! A magical place made with a lot of love and giving love and coziness!

Gergana was very freindly and communicated very good, the place is so lovely and peaceful. Absolutely would recommend.

Our stay at this guesthouse in Garmen was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts one could ask for. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The outdoor area was just as impressive, offering breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of space to relax. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace or a late-night chat under the stars, every moment was special. The location is ideal for a tranquil escape while still being close to nature and local attractions. Overall, this was one of the best guesthouse experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a truly magical stay!

Overall, everything was wonderful—very warm, quite clean, with all the necessary dishes and appliances, as well as clean towels and bed linen. The only thing that was a bit surprising was that in the “House with a Fireplace,” the fireplace is available for an additional fee (as is the barbecue). Moreover, the fireplace smoked heavily, and by morning everything—from the dishes to the plumbing—was covered in black soot. I recommend asking for instructions on how to light it properly🙂

We had a wonderful Christmas with the family. The house is spacious and comfortable, enough space to fit 14 people on the table. The host did respond quickly when called and ensured we had everything we needed. We couldn't get anything on the TV due to the show storm, but that made our time together even better.

They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. If you're looking for a relaxing, luxurious escape—this is it. Highly recommend!

Really nice accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, super clean. There is a beautiful waterfall on a walkable distance from the apartment. Pavlinka provided very accurate and useful instructions for the Seven Rilla Lakes hiking trail.

Anna's place was my home for 3 weeks this summer and it was a great stay! The split floor plan gives a nice sense of privacy and space. The bed was super comfortable - I slept great every night. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals. The shower pressure was strong and consistent hot water made mornings easy. The location was so convenient - we were able to walk everywhere we needed. There's a supermarket on the corner and a coworking space just 5 minutes away. A couple things to note: the stairs are quite narrow and steep, so take care going up and down. The place was very quiet while I was there, so it's perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay. Anna was a wonderful host - she responded to any questions we had quickly and her team was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend Anna's place if you're looking for a homey spot in a great location!

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

We stayed as a family of four for a ski holiday and the apartment was in a perfect location to be able to walk to a gondola and to access all the local amenities including restaurants and supermarkets. Anna was really quick at responding when I did have a question. The apartment is really comfortable and offers everything you need for a lovely holiday including beautiful Mountain views. Will certainly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Good value for money, great location, warm room and good hot water. Nice to have a parking space too. Good communication, it was everything we expected.

Communication with the host was great at the start and then was put in contact with the management company who was also very responsive and proactive. I had one fault with the facilities in the apartment and between the management company and host they provided alternative solutions and resolved the issue. Location is great as you can cross the road and be on the ski road down to the gondola. I booked my ski rental and pass separately however I am now aware there is a rental shop right next door to the apartment and they can arrange this with discount. It was our first family ski holiday and we are considering Bansko again for next time and if we go again we would definitely stay at the apartment again.
