Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Located at the foot of Mt Nanos, only one kilometre from the motorway exit Razdrto, the farm Hudičevec is a perfect starting point for trips around Slovenia as almost all the main tourist sites are less than a one-hour drive away: Postojna Cave, Predjama Castle, Škocjan Caves, Ljubljana, Trieste, Lipica Stud Farm, Vipava Valley, Bled (a bit further). On the farm is also possible to have breakfast and dinner made from local ingredients for an extra charge by prior arrangement.

Apartment is near forest where you can take long walks. It has separate entrance, bedroom for 3 persons and sofa bed in living room for 2 persons. Kitchen included. Esma and her husband have created a very comfy, practical and lovely place to host travelers down the valley. The apartment is strategically located close to many well-known touristic attractions, to Ljubljana and to Italy. Esma will make the check-in easy though her responsiveness, friendly advices and flexibility. The access by car through the old town is pretty narrow, the location in a very charming village easily makes up for it. Thank you!

Bojana was very kind, always responsive, gave good ideas for walks,it was a pleasure to connect. The small house is very quiet with the possibility of enjoying the terrace and the garden, and it is not hot inside even in the middle of summer, you sleep very well under the roofs. Beautiful walks nearby, caves, hiking mountains and lake, the coast.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream, exceeding all expectations! From the moment we stepped inside, we were completely captivated. The design is truly inspirational, a masterclass in modern aesthetics while simultaneously feeling the charm of the historical village. Every detail, from the art in the house to the linen details, felt meticulously chosen and perfectly placed. The layout was incredibly clever, maximizing space and light. We found ourselves constantly admiring different elements and even taking notes for our own home! The location was also fantastic, offering great landscape views. The town is overal quiet and makes for a great running and hiking spot. Perfect for a getaway. The communication with the host was also extremely welcoming. We're definitely coming back here!
