Great location! We were able to checkin early, as the house was clean/available prior to checkin. I had a mixup about my checkout time and Fritz was very understanding and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

If you want to stay at a peaceful place that will invite you to spend time unwinding on the front porch listening to the birds or making some s’mores in the back yard this is the place for you! A hidden gem for those that want to stay in a small town with a short drive to the big city!

This stay was great! Host was super responsive and house was gorgeous. Walkable to some locations including an ice cream shop and drivable to several others easily. Would stay again

We stayed at Kari’s place for 3 days and everything was just as she said. We were also experiencing tornados in the area and she was quick to let us know the basement was available! Her place was super clean and very comfortable. The beds were amazing clean and comfortable. The appliances were amazing. Worked very well. I would stay here again if needed!

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. We were in town for a local college graduation and Mother’s Day activities. This property met our needs completely. The secure backyard fence was perfect for our midsize dogs. The furnishings were satisfactory, and the linens were pleasant. The filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator was a nice touch. Thanks, Jeff & Stacy.

This is a great place for groups:). We did not use the basement/ 2nd bath area much but the main level is great and open to stay mingled together:) we utilized the large deck outdoors with some games we purchased and was great!! Would recommend:))

What a lovely bungalow. From the stone porch exterior to the period appropriate decor, beautiful hardwood floors and amazing kitchen. We felt at home the minute we walked through the door. We use Air B&B often but this is the first time my husband said “what a great place! We have to come back here!” The shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. The towels were large and fluffy and the linens were perfect. She had a “before and after” book that shows how much work she put into it. Love the highlighted area in the front bedroom.

This Airbnb home is an absolute gem, bursting with space that feels like a cozy oasis! The sparkling pool adds a delightful splash of fun and relaxation. Our host was an absolute angel, always there with a attentive care. We were swimming in towels and bathrobes—literally! It was a refreshing change from the usual scarcity we often encounter with short-term rentals. I can’t wait to return with my family and soak up the charm of KC all over again!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

We were in a tough spot after issues with a local hotel, and Adam truly saved the day. He accommodated us last minute, was incredibly responsive, and made the check-in process seamless. His place was very comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a stressful day. We’re so grateful for his hospitality—highly recommend!

I had a great time staying here! The location is very convenient to the Plaza and to the rest of downtown KC. Parking was always available right outside of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities needed for a week-long stay. Communication was great. I would gladly stay here again!

Kelli's upstairs space was beautiful. I loved her attention to details in the space from the original raw wood floors to the fixtures on the clawfoot bathtub and antique vanity sink. The AC unit was perfect for a blast of cool air and the massive king bed was extremely comfortable with it's linen coverings and real dense feather pillows. It was perfect for a quick stay passing through Kansas City.

The place was just as described and had all the amenities needed.

Great apartment for 2 people to spend time in Downtown KC! The host Caleb was very responsive and had great check in instructions! Street car access is close and there is so much to do! Plenty of Uber and Lyft cars around if you need to go further out of the city. Place was nice and clean, and security staff were very helpful and friendly! Had a dead battery when we went to leave and security had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes! Thank you for that! Checking in is a simple process but can be confusing if you don’t read the instructions carefully! Building is a bit confusing when you first arrive but we had it down after a few times leaving and returning! If I had to find one bad with this place it would be the squeaky metal bed frame. While the mattress is comfortable, the bed frame needs to be tightened, and have some WD-40 treatment. 4.8 out of 5 for sure will be using again when visiting downtown KC again! Cheers

We had a great stay! There was so many detailed accommodations, all the way down to white noise machines in the rooms!

This place is exactly as it is listed. We were traveling for business in Kansas City but did not want the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect distance, accessible to every activity and amenity you could want. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts! Proactive and responsive with communication.

I would recommend Carlton's place. His place is clean and in a safe neighborhood.

Rob and Brenda’s place was the perfect place to stay for a downtown KC getaway. You can’t beat the location, and the views from the apartment are great. Although check in was somewhat complicated (like any downtown apartment would be), Brenda and Rob had very clear instructions with photos so we were able to get in seamlessly. Would stay here again!
