Living room with sofa bed. Beach sauna for summer use. There are no fireplaces in the main building. On the terrace there is a gas grill and on the beach a fire place, gas is included in the rent. Rowing boat is free to use. Fresh water from your own well is drinkable. Ground heat. Plot profile steep, lots of stairs and beach deep!!

A 100-year-old newly-built log sauna cottage in the tranquility of the countryside. A good night's sleep guarantees a futon mattress and the possibility of a sauna in the heat of the wood stove from the landscape window to the lake, in the summer you swim in a clean water lake, in the winter you dip into a refreshing opening. You wash on a traditional pot with heated water. Needs are made in an outhouse. There's no rush here, the rest of the world is forgotten. Yet only a half hour drive from the services of the city.

Ascetic remote old Finnish cottage with own beach and sauna. In midsummer there is also bilberry (nordic blueberry) fields right next to the cottage! At the cottage you can enjoy a romantic holiday in a historic milieu or just go and relax with your friends and take a rowing boat to the lake. Rowing boat, two kayaks and a canoe available for free during the vacation. The car must be left on the mainland. Rowing distance to the island 300m Honka cottage built in 1997. This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Our first impression was a wow feeling! The drive there and arriving promised a lot. Once arrived was the tranquility, the silence and the beautiful nature that gave a huge impression. The location was magical. The listing and amenities matched the descriptions and even surpassed. There was a dinner and breakfast provided, Marjo take into account various diets and care for a gluten-free pancake mix and delicious sandwiches. The sauna was lovely and there was a nice homemade ice tea provided for cooling off. In addition, you had the beautiful lake with beautiful views where you could cool off and take a nice dip. The stay was really great and I recommend it 100%. I'd love to come back! Marjo, thank you for the beautiful experience. See you next time!

Beautiful cottage surrounded by nature. We had everything we needed: beautiful forests full of berries, a rowing boat to explore the area, wooden sauna, a lake from where to see the sunrise, a grilling spot, and peace and time to enjoy it all! Pauliina was helpful and responsive, amazing host!
