“There were three of us who shared the cottage and overall a great cottage. Newer cottage located near Vipri’s house. Queen bed in the lower level space. Room itself was small, but nice cabinets for your belongings. Sauna with shower, sitting area also on that level with porch table and chairs with BBQ. First level very nice with one WC. Pull out bed on upper floor was very comfortable. Upper level also with porch and table with chairs. On upper, level which is the level the front door is located, is overall very nice. It’s a bit short on chairs. Kitchen table and chairs. Great view of the lake with western sunset view.”
Tuliranta is a peaceful place in the middle of the private forest with amazing, relaxing view.
“Excellent location with tremendous views of the lake and the forest with the best privacy. Tina the warmest and sweetest welcoming host ,with real love and knowledge of horse riding and farming.Imagine the day we were supposed to go horse riding they had even led small candle lights in the forest!Tina very generously offered us fresh eggs and superb cheese from a local cheese maker. The Gluck we drank was Devine! I would definitely recommend this earthly paradise and its hospitality.”
Traditional log cabin is situated in a very peaceful place by the lake. Lake Konnevesi is very clean and beautiful lake. National Park of Etelä-Konnevesi is founded in 2014. Cottage and sauna are in your use during your stay. Swimming beach is safe for the children. Woods for the sauna and fire place are included. Toilet is in the other building outside the cottage. Rowing boat is in your use during your stay.
“If you want a glance of Finnish summer style, do not hesitate a second and book a stay at Arja’s. This small piece of paradise will leave you with the question of why did you not book more days there. Isolated in the middle of the Finnish forest with wonderful views of the Lake, you will feel like everything else in the world losses importance. The Mökki (cottage in Suomi, as Arja taught me) it’s very cozy and it feels like literally a home. If you are concerned about not having a shower, the ritual of getting a sauna by the sunset is frankly amazing. No concerns either for the eco-toilet since is very clean and easy. Arja is a magnificent host that is keen to make your stay pleasant.”
