A lovely property for our whole family with plenty of space and activities to keep everyone happy. We’ll definitely be back - it was well worth the cost and the owners/carers are helpful and friendly. A great location in both sunny and wet weather conditions.

The location was perfect, especially being so close to our whānau whare, which made our stay even more meaningful. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the cosy layout to the immaculate presentation. The hosts were incredible – welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. Their message after our stay made us feel so appreciated, and it’s clear they put their hearts into what they do. Bummer we didn’t get to use the pool this time, but we’ll definitely be back for another stay! If you're looking for a place that feels like a true home away from home, surrounded by beauty and manaakitanga, this is it. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful and uplifting getaway. I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and tidy, and the swimming pool was well-kept. The location is great for activities like cycling and fishing. The only issue was the door code didn’t work initially, but Airbnb provided a new one promptly.

Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

Kelvin was a super host. One day the lockbox jammed. It was no problem as we had access the spare keys but even still, Kelvin immeditaely he replaced it! He also showed us around the amazing property like a real gentleman. Thanks Kelvin. It was peaceful, had everything we needed and is a very special property. I hope we can return in summer to experience the beautiful, naturally plant filtered swimming pool.

Staying at Georgia’s place was an absolute dream! Designed by the renowned Fritz Eisenhofer and his wife Helen, this curvaceous, dome-like home is an architectural masterpiece. It felt like living in a jewel box, where every detail radiates artistic sophistication and warmth. The luxurious decor and flowing spaces create an inviting and serene atmosphere. Pictures don’t do justice—you must experience this remarkable home to truly appreciate its beauty. Georgia is an exceptional host—kind, thoughtful, and beyond generous. Her excellent communication and the thoughtful koha (gifts) made us feel so welcome. The location is magical, with the beach just steps away and a lush pathway surrounded by vibrant plants and fauna. The greenery inside and outside added to the serene and tranquil vibe. The amenities are incredible: a stunning indoor pool, relaxing hot tub, kayaks, paddleboards, ping pong, air hockey, and more. Such an amazing property which was a great location for us to visit friends. Stunning views, comfortable beds and loads of space. Very well suited for two couples or a small family. Ample space in bedrooms for a byo travel cot. Rooms were a little cooler than the main house but only noticed as we had a young baby. Kitchen well stocked with utensils.

Enjoyed our stay here, with the most amazing view - the place and Lucy were very accommodating to my family and had all amenities needed. Everyone loved this house and didn’t want to leave. Lucy went above and beyond for us and responded straight away and made our stay even more special☺️ Would for sure recommend this place and rebook whenever we’re back in Wellington! A lovely town with a coastal and nature-filled vibe — very family-friendly. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful. The house is well-organized and comfortable for a family stay, including two bicycles available for guests to use. There are cute cafés around with a laid-back, holiday atmosphere.

Andreas place was amazing. My Mum and her friends had a lovely time. It was peaceful and quiet, stunning location, classic kiwi bach. Lovely little details, and extras. Andrea was responsive and helpful. Thanks, we will definitely be back.

Kim’s place is the ideal weekend getaway. It is close to everything and you can hear the ocean from the yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again next year!

We had a wonderful time at Miriam’s Eco Lodge. The space is really lovely, private but close to beach and cafes. Miriam is a wonderful host - friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend and plan a return visit.

Staying at Chris’s Airbnb was a truly wonderful experience. The home was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at ease. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming — it was clear a lot of care had gone into making the space feel like a home away from home. But what made the stay truly memorable was Chris himself. From the beginning, his communication was warm, clear, and prompt. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. You can really tell when someone loves being a host — and Chris absolutely does. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering booking — do it. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the fire on crispy evenings. The house was beautifully presented and so well equipped for cooking and relaxing. The attention to detail in so many aspects really stood out for us.

We have stayed at this place on a couple of occasions. Not only is the view beautiful but a comfortable clean environment with comfortable beds and an excellent host. Highly recommend it to anyone.

This was Home away from Home, we arrived in the cool winter months and wow it was sooo cosy, warmn and peaceful we didn't want to leave during our visit I loved how it was a warm loved home and was lucky enough to meet Jun when I was at my car and also the neighbour who was very friendly. Was a nice space to host a family dinner x2 with my whanau, thank you Jun, I hope to be back again!

An amazing place to stay, recommended to all! Perfect for a family of four. The location is really close to the beach, it’s nice and peaceful and they offer a bunch of items like bodyboards and balls etc to use at the beach. We will definitely be making another booking to stay there in the future.
