Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ratsada

We were looking for a very peaceful yet spacious space with an amazing view. This home was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time overall. Incredible views. Very responsive and friendly staff. The place was easy to live in with all essentials and some extras provided (for eg an after sunburn gel - I didn’t know I’d need it but I did). The area itself is quite good with lots going on but without the massive crowds. Would highly recommend. 2 things to note: 1. Pls take the stairs required to reach the place & back to the main road into consideration, it’s equal to about 5 stories of a normal building so getting out is definitely challenging. The listing is honest about it. 2. The main living room’s walls are a bit thin so you can hear people outside (only happened 2 times in 4 days since the place is ultra isolated, so not an issue for us).

This was such a great house in a great neighborhood I'd never stayed in before, but next time this is where I'll come! Big, clean, and very comfortable house with a huge amount of snacks and drinks (thank you!) that we really needed after getting in. It was easy to walk anywhere we needed and loved being in such a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Had a great time staying at Marble Villa, Julian who came to greet us was amazing, showing us all the amenities available and explaining everything in detail. The villa it self was complete and clean. They even provided toys for kids to play with, baby cots and also toys to bring to the beach. Plus point is the swimming pool is using salt water so it was great for our kids. Check out was very smooth, Julian came right on time and made sure we were all set before leaving. Overall was a great experience and would definitely come back again. Kudos to Julian!

We really enjoyed our stay in Phuket. The house is really close to the beach and it's a quiet area. Ross was also quite helpful and very responsive. The only negative point was the mosquitoes, thankfully there was some products at the villa to help with that. Thanks for having us!

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! The apartment was new and clean. It was a good stay. James and his wife were responsive and helpful, but the address given by Airbnb was not correct. I took a first taxi to the wrong address given by Airbnb then I had to take a second one to the correct address given by James later.

It is a fantastic place to stay. I can highly recommend it! The place is clean, the pictures match, and from the pool you have a beautiful view over the sea😍

Great place to stay! We were a little worried about the location of the bedrooms for nothing! Everything was spotless. Plenty of places, lots of sockets, smart TV. The host was always available and helpful if you had any questions. Due to our inattention, we owed Napapon 200 baht. We will definitely come back to this wonderful country and return the debt! I recommend renting from Napapon, a wonderful host.

Perfect place to stay. Very clean, easy communication, everything thought through (they've even had a small pharmacy bag there!) kitchen is perfect, view from the window very pleasant (i've finally started to visit fitness center and swim because the pull was to beatiful to not to go there and i've seen it from the window each day hehe :) Highly recommend!

I had a great time at the View Condo. The host was very responsive and was always able to give me conclusive answers. The apartment was superb, very nice.

Mink was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her condo was spotless and clearly well maintained. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and the air conditioning wasn't noisy, which made for a great night's sleep. The whole condo is impressively quiet I couldn’t hear any noise from the road or the corridor. The internet connection was fast and stable, which was perfect for working and streaming. Also, the building staff were welcoming and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!

We really liked the apartment where we lived for a month. It is very clean. Has Everything has you need for living. The owner of the apartment, Anirut, was always in touch. Always helped to solve all the issues. We liked the location. We vere driven by bike. Central Phuket and a good market are nearby. Thank you for a pleasant time🤗🤗🤗

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—right next to Central Floresta Phuket, which made everything super convenient. The room was spotless and clearly very well cared for. Harvey is a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and always checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended!

The place is much better than the pictures allude to. And the view was quite remarkable. The area had a great number of restaurants and cafes nearby.
