The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

I offer my stylish 80 m² old building apartment with plank flooring, stucco, fireplace, large balcony and modern kitchen for short and long term rental. A 1.60 x 2.00 bed and the large couch offer sleeping places for 3 people. A new kitchen with modern appliances is available. The Thermomix and all other utensils may be used. There is a washing machine halfway up the stairs. The balcony with lounge furniture is quietly located to the courtyard. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. From all rooms there is a fantastic view over a pasture landscape.

Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you can always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to it is our horse meadow.
