Nur einige Kilometer von der Ostseeküste entfernt, findet man den kleinen Ort Warnsdorf der Gemeinde Ratekau. Der Ort liegt an der Ostseite des Sees inmitten der typischen Holsteiner Landschaft auf halber Strecke zwischen Timmendorfer Strand Niendorf und Travemünde.

Country pleasure - idyll on the Baltic Sea

An all-round lovingly renovated idyll on the Baltic Sea in a large natural garden. A real dream property - very quiet and yet only 100 meters from the village square in Warnsdorf. Pure country air and sea air around the corner: Five minutes' drive from the beach in Travemünde and the lovely fishing port in Niendorf. 15 minutes to Timmendorfer Strand - a small but fine unique place for nature lovers. Ideal for couples with two (or three small) children. Of course, dogs are also welcome.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Between the Baltic Sea beach and Lübeck, our apartment is located on the upper floor of a house built in 1926. The stairs to the apartment are wooden (not soundless). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

In a secluded location Parking, Wi-Fi and laundry included. The apartment is not barrier-free. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep.

Our small apartment is located in Ratekau in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 8 km from the Baltic Sea and 10 km from Lübeck. Both can be reached very easily by car, bus or quite comfortably by bike. After a nice day trip, the day can end wonderfully in the evening sun on the balcony of the 55 sqm non-smoking apartment on two floors.
