Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

The 3 apartments in it were newly renovated and lovingly furnished in 2021. There are 2 apartments for 1 to 4 people and an attic apartment for 1-6 people. All apartments are equipped with a shower, toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV and free Wi-Fi.

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)

The apartment is located in Tannenberg (Erzgebirge), a quiet village not far from the large district town of Annaberg-Buchholz in the Christmas region of Erzgebirge. Apartment approx. 80 square meters with kitchen, living room, hallway, bedroom, bathroom and small conservatory as well as an associated terrace.
