Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Ein Doppelkajak kann für 20 Franken pro Tag gemietet werden.

As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. do not hesitate to go to Mr. and Mrs. Grauer's who will receive you with quality. The apartment is very beautiful, functional, very clean with an outdoor space that does not lack charm. In addition, you are located in the countryside and still close to the bodensee, close to the city of Konstanz and the Swiss border. So really we recommend them.

We had a great vacation in this accommodation! The house is huge and offers enough space for everyone. The cleanliness and modernity are simply perfect - everything is perfectly maintained and designed. What we particularly liked is the cozy atmosphere, which is immediately noticeable when you come in. The smart TVs in each room were a highlight - we could relax and watch our favorite shows. But the highlight par excellence were the games corners: the kicker and the pool table were perfect for relaxing evenings with the kids. Overall, we can only recommend this accommodation. It is perfect for families who need a little more space and comfort. It is also a perfect starting point for excursions to Lake Constance, Switzerland, or for cycling through the beautiful area.

Renovated - Beautiful fisherman's cottage with lake access

It was a wonderful holiday! We cannot understand the negative reviews. We were on the water every day with the Standup Paddle and one of the rowing boats - yes, the entrance is muddy, but it did not stop us from taking full advantage of this magnificent lake. The garden with all the seating and lounging options - as well as the fire bowl made it a unique experience! We were able to sleep very well in the bed, it is very comfortable and the surroundings are nice and quiet. There is free wood & coffee, as well as some additional utensils such as oils, spices, cloths, dishwashing & towels, that's really great! Barbara was always immediately available when questions arose and she was very friendly. We will come back and are very grateful for this unique spot, directly on the lake, in full idyll and tranquility! Thanks again and see you soon :)

The stay with Rosmarie and Silvan was wonderful. The yurt is tastefully and high-quality furnished without much frills. In the small gazebo with barbecue facilities directly in front of the yurt, you will find a shady spot with a view of Lake Constance at any time of the day. Two beautiful free swimming opportunities can be reached by bike in a few minutes. I indulged in a breakfast lovingly prepared by Rosmarie and brought to the arbor in a basket. In summer weather around 32°, it was already very warm in the yurt, but the roof window provides cooling during the night. I'd love to come back.
