The Dormers | Amazing Views & Space to Work!

VikasRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay – the place was truly peaceful and exactly as described. It’s a massive house with stunning views from every window and three beautifully layered gardens. The kids absolutely loved it! One thing to be aware of is the parking – the house can comfortably accommodate one large car (like an SUV), but space around the property is limited. The nearest additional parking is by the church, and turning a large vehicle can be tricky due to the narrow road and nearby residents’ parking. Overall, it’s a fantastic property and definitely worth the visit – just plan your parking in advance if you’re bringing more than one vehicle.

Private annexe, close to Stroud & countryside

We had two lovely stays on our outbound and return journeys to Devon. Gaye and Tobe were wonderful hosts and the space was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and recommend to others.

RewildThings - Sky

From the moment we walked in to our tree house we were instantly relaxed. It was so peaceful. The tree house and decor was beautifully crafted. We loved the outdoor tin bath and outdoor kitchen. I’d definitely recommend a stay here if you want to switch off from the world and relax. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us.

Finest Retreats - Courtside Cottage

JanineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely little one up one down cottage with bedroom and bathroom in the eaves. Parking in a shared courtyard at the front of the property. Great location with lovely pubs, walks and corner shop within easy distance. Right beside the church and the clock tower which are very beautiful but in full working order which might be worth knowing if bells chiming every 15 minutes might keep you awake. Lovely bath but as other review need full mobility to climb into and the showers above the bath so can’t separate. Lots of hot water 24/7. Lovely bed and bed linen but again just worth noting it’s a double bed which as a “ tall” couple was a bit challenging. We had perfect weather and the cottage and surroundings could not have been more beautiful.

Clean place. Nice and tiday and comfortable. Great for a traveller on a budget. Georgi was a really helpful and kind and informative host. He had kindly left some provisions in the kitchen. He was a very responsive communicator. Recommended!

Cotswolds Cabin Farm Stay

HarrietRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The cabin had a simple, attractive layout that suited us fine. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the back, right across to the Severn, and the big table for eating outside were lovely. The area in general was really interesting with beauty all around. People were friendly, as was James who responded promptly and was very helpful. Would love to return one day. We didn’t realise there was something called a ‘hidden Cotswolds’ but now we appreciate it and really recommend this area all around Stroud. We hope to return one day.
