Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Randwick City Council

Daniel’s house is bright, spacious and amazingly well located—it’s just a couple of blocks to the fantastic swimming beach in Clovelly (where our son saw the famous bright-blue grouper). Daniel is incredibly friendly and communicative and so accommodating—he reached out several times before we arrived, moved a mattress into his baby’s room especially for our teenage son, and left us a huge and generous assortment of fancy treats for our stay. The place would be perfect for a family with little kids since there are lots of toys and spaces to play. Thanks for being a great host!

We all absolutely loved our stay at James' home. The location is amazing, being a short walk from all things Bondi. The home is extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. James is also a great host. His communication and friendliness are first-class. We would definitely love to stay again on our next Sydney visit.

It is very close to the sea and it is beautiful to see the sunrise in the morning. The room is large and clean.

Hannah's home is a perfect holiday spot to enjoy Bondi . You can fall out of bed and into a Pilates class at the end of the road in a few minutes, lots of great coffee spots nearby as well, Bondi beach is a walk away, easy to park outside and really a fabulous location. The house is beautiful and very comfortable . The bathrooms are particularly lovely and Hannah supplied beautiful soaps and new towels. Hannah was very responsive and tried to fix any problems we had with the oven etc We look forward to returning next time we visit Sydney

this was a great Airbnb for a large group traveling in for a friend's wedding. four separate bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen and a nice living area that can be combined with an outdoor area. it was also a lovely location, 5-minute walk to a cafe and small supermarket, 10 minutes walk to clovelly Beach. highly recommended!

Arthur and Pam have a beautiful home in an amazing location. It’s big enough for 4 people and although there is only 1 bathroom there is an additional toilet in the laundry. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of living space as well as a private sunny back courtyard. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Our stay at Ellenor’s beautiful home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable with lovely spaces throughout. The location is perfect as it is close to cafes (excellent coffee), walking distance to Bronte beach and dog friendly areas for our cavoodle. A wonderful experience.

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Beautiful apartment with panoramic views of shell cove and beyond. The garden in front of the building offers a peaceful and private waters edge perspective of Sydney harbour. We were lucky to be there during vivid and could see fireworks on the harbour while sitting at the dinner table. The apartment is cosy and comfortable with a traditional charm to the architecture. Lovely stay.

This was our favourite stay on our 3 months of touring the east coast. Beautiful location situated a short walk from the harbour bridge, local cafes and restaurants. The host was super responsive and there were lots of thoughtful little touches such as a small bag of sugar free treats, sparkling waters and loads of spare supplies for consumables tucked around the house. Our family felt very at home in this place and wouldn’t hesitate a return visit. Perfect location and short walk if you are visiting the harbour or doing the bridge walk.

Great hosts. Lovely apartment in a wonderful location, directly across from beach and easy access to public transport and conveniences. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay or even a bit longer.

Ghassan was extremely responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was on the smaller side but water pressure was good with hot water. Very near to Broadway shopping centre (5-6 min walk), which has a Coles, food and shopping.

What a great place to stay for 13 days in an idyllic location; comfortable, light and airy with everything you need provided. Just across the road to the park with Edwards Beach on the NE and Balmoral Beach, the Sea Baths, Balmoral Oval and Middle Head on the SE, a bus stop outside travelling to Mosman Junction and Taronga Zoo Wharf ( and ferries to the city) and local restaurants within 300 metres. Ideal accommodation for a family or the more elderly with its proximity to park and safe beach and onsite garage. Julie is also the most friendly, flexible and accommodating host, very prompt in communicating as well as informative. I have no hesitation in recommending Julie’s accommodation after such an enjoyable time.
