Holiday rentals with beach access in Randwick City Council

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kate was a very responsive and accomodating host, proving great recommendations around the area. Make sure to check out Frank’s, a deli with great coffee and even better sandwiches, only a short walk from apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and aesthetic. We’ll be back!

Quiet , spacious , clean and excellent location . Plenty of kitchen utensils , lovely bathroom , great A/C , comfy bed and lounge and peaceful private yard . As mentioned previously, Arden St is a steep hill with steps to get to the beach/ shops , but you can go across the block then down the park if needed which is easier and much less steps. Grumpy Baker - good coffee and excellent food .

Incredible location. Everything you need for a great stay close to Coogee beach. Loved the beach towels provided. This was our second time staying and we hope to be back again.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean and private with all of the amenities we needed. We have been traveling to Coogee for years and thought this location was perfect - close to the beach, main street and Gordons Bay. Julie was friendly and very helpful! Very well maintained apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with useful extras such as toilet rolls, tea and coffee also provided. The location is peaceful, at the back of a small block of apartments and is an easy walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and bus stops. Yes it is up a steep hill, but unless you are right on the beach everywhere in Coogee is up a hill! Olena was very helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

Ms Xin was an amazing host. Incredibly pro-active and even checked in after a couple of days which was lovely. The apartment is an oasis of calm with the best shampoos, toothbrushes, lotions. Completely spotless too. The beach is beautiful and the walk from Coogee to Bondi recommended. A little chilly this time of year (May) so dress warm!

The place was very well appointed—clean, spacious, and tidy. All essentials were thoughtfully provided, and communication was easy throughout. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward and hassle-free. We were driving a medium-sized car and, as the host had helpfully noted in advance, found the on-site parking space a bit tight. We chose to park off street instead, which worked well for us and didn’t significantly detract from our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would strongly recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

A perfectly located little oasis of calm. Inside had everything I needed, was clean and cosy in calming, light, neutral colors. Outside was just minutes from shopping, dining and services on Coogee Bay Road, and to the beautiful Coogee Beach. No car needed - walking and public transport were great. Also convenient for getting to Randwick shops and UNSW.

Lovely home close to Bondi Junction, perfect location for shopping and lots of eating out options nearby. Nice and clean with all of the amenities, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Our daughter loved the bedroom in the loft too. Amelia was a great host, and provided us with plenty of local information.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

We had a great stay. The house is very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside looking up at the plants in the terraced garden. We would certainly hope to return. Thank you, Angela.

Lovely to be close to the amazing shopping and cafes of Bondi Junction as well as in walking distance of Centennial Park. Easy to park, quiet friendly neighbourhood, peaceful lush garden. Stylish and clean, comfortable beds, lots of interesting, quirky and beautiful things to look at. Good quality air conditioners, heaters and fans throughout. We felt right at home here and will definitely come back whenever we travel to Sydney.

Sydney has a lot of unexpected pockets of high quality living, and this gem in Little Bay is one of them. Just a couple of minutes from Little Bay Beach, the house is located on a service road, near a couple of stores (including a good IGA) and takeaways. The house itself oozes quality and space, and has so many sitting areas and places to retreat to, it’s easy to get away from it all. In fact, we like the place so much, we’ve already re-booked for next month!

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. We had a good stay at this Airbnb. The location was excellent! You are around the corner from lots of great restaurants and grocery store. The beach is a few minutes walk which was fantastic! Thanks again.

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Will be recommending this place to any visitors in the future as it ticked all the boxes, and more. Thank you Dianne!

The kitchen needs to be cleaned from cockroches. The glass dining table has to be fixed to the base securely.

Andy’s place is perfect. Located in a quiet location 10 mins walk from all that Bondi has to offer. Surrounded by trees it feels very secluded and peaceful. The views are great from the main bedroom and living area and we could hear the roar of the sea (we had had a storm!). Lovely apartment and well equipped with everything you need.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
